Tried to order a Jimmy John sub on line at lunch today. Got to window and the store never got the order. The guy and 2 ladies were very nice about it and said it might have not printed out yet, so we drove around and got back in line. It's always these same 3 people working, they are always slammed with orders, and always very polite and helpful! They made my sandwich anyway and I thanked them profusely (it was delicious). Stop by and get a sandwich, say hello to the crew!
Laughable franchise. Out of French Bread, the only substitute is wheat. Presumably two 8" wheat would suffice for a giant sub order right? Evidently not. Was told directly by the employee that they can't do that.Will not be ordering again. Pitiful lol.
For Lancaster, this might be up there for best fast food joints, food has never been wrong nor have I ever found someone else's hair in it. Delivery lady is always the best.
Ma s e an onkine order and when we tried to pick it up 30 min after not hearimg anything was told by the very rude manager that there was only one driver. When we informed her we made an online order she sais she didnt deal with the computers and told me good luck getting my food
You changed your hours from 9 that is still posted online, to 8pm-posted on your window...found that out months ago when drove in to get subs...you were closed. Tonight, drove from Bremen to Lancaster to get food, Saturday night...7:30pm. Lights still on, on menu to order. No response. Crickets. Nothing posted. Drive up to window. NOTHING POSTED. Store dark. Call ph# listed on site...just rings, cannot leave a message. So leaving on here, on reviews. Wish I could charge you for the gas it costs me to get here, it's expensive these days. Won't be back. This is strike three in customer service with you. First two times let it go...now done.
Service is so slow. Not sure who runs this one but it's pretty bad.

One star for service. Today is my 60th birthday. All I asked for was a Jimmy John's east coast Italian. I just ordered two last week. Now, tonight, they don't deliver to my address less than 5 minuets away. I have never been in the store. I always have it delivered.You can change your advertising. Jimmy John's doesn't deliver any more to me. Theydeliver to the people who can walk to the store I suppose. What kind of delivery is that?

To be honest I'm not all that impressed the sandwich shop really looks like it was skimped looks like they put lettuce on but it wasn't supposed to be on there so they took it off and only few pieces remained it didn't look like you got your money's worth I mean if you're going to take him spend money at a restaurant you want to be satisfied and part of being satisfied is the presentation you got to hit that ball out of the park make it look like mouth-watering I think you missed your mark there
