You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I have literally ordered the same thing every time I order doordash a brownie Sunday with crushed oreos penuats whip cream and cherry from DOORDASH MIND YOU!!! it is very expensive on door dash its allways something with you guys I literally got no brownie in my Sunday today I will never ever agin order from here.
Never going back again. Went through the drive thru last Sunday. The girl took my order (a very simple single scoop cone). Came back to the window after over 3 minutes. No cone but said it was $5. Then asked me if I was going to give her a tip. Surprised but I threw in another dollar.Came back two minutes later with my cone.Sent two FB messages that were not answered. Founf out they overcharged me to begin with. I hate being aggravated for such a stupid thing because of a dishonest person.
Lots of choices, fresh donuts and a huge ice cream selection, clean store with plenty of parking and a drive thru if you're in a rush.
We were down in Lancaster for the day and a local recommended this place for ice cream. As soon as we got out of the car, we could smell the donuts. They looked as delicious as they smelled. Will definitely try them next time. The ice cream was excellent. I had the Bear Claw (dark chocolate ice cream with caramel swirl and cashews) in a waffle bowl. The girl that was working was super sweet. She saw my daughter dropped her cone and immediately offered a replacement. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town.
I love their ice cream but their staff is really hit or miss. I also hate that they constantly ask for tips, especially since they aren't tipped employees. They also are not consistently stocked with some flavors and the staff will not always tell you the flavor is out before you order and pay.
ALWAYSSSSS out of everything. Tonight was our last trip here. I swear every single time we try to order ice cream or donuts they are out of it. ?♀️ it's common sense to make more donuts or get more ice cream when you're low. They also take forever getting your order.
Very friendly servers, delicious donuts and ice cream. I would highly recommend this locally owned business!

Was in there today around 11 and I just wanted to get 20 donut holes and then woman that waited on me was rude we like the donuts here but going to quit coming in if people that is working is going to be rude
