They open at 1. But we sat and waited outside and called multiple times. No one came out until 1:15. The oven wasn’t all the way heated yet which was another 10 min wait. So we ended up having to leave.It won’t let me respond toThe owners post. So I had to edit to add: that was never explained to us when you finally came out. We didn’t answer because we were standing right there. Trust me, I’m all for people being human and error. I understand things happen. But we had no idea of the flat tire - you disappeared again. We assumed you’d take our order and you never came back out. We sat and waited around a little longer and never seen you come back out so we had to leave.

Glad to see a pizza shop in river valley's food court! Decided to stop in and support local business. Got the works and a CBR (chicken, bacon, ranch) good old school pizza with a well done crust. Gotta love it!
30+ minute wait when it wasn't busy. Toppings were wrong. Pizza was good but nothing special. Styrofoam plates ? Owner is friendly.

This is possibly the best pizza out I've had in a long time. The toppings are delicious and fresh, the sauce is nicely seasoned, the cheese is stretchy and melts well, and the crust while it is premade, it is high quality. The owner is incredibly nice, even under pressure, and is beyond polite. Please, if you want a fantastic pizza from a local vender and to support the only local food vender in the River Valley Mall, come to Glass City Pizza!

Tried Glass City Pizzeria for the first time great pizza especially with the old time pepperoni good flavor. Troy has a great pizza place def recommend if your in the mall or not in the mall.
