Leah L. Was our server and let me tell you she gave us one of the best dining experiences that we have had in awhile. She knew when to come up to the table to check on us. And the the reason I say this is everyone has that experience when a waitress comes to check on The table as soon as you take a bite of food. Then there's that awkward head nod because you just stuffed your face with a big bite. Well Leah always waited till we didnt have food in our mouths to ask how everything was.We never had to ask for refills she was always there with one before the other was all tye way empty. Such a sweet person and funny.Some of the hot food was cold and the cold food was at room temperature. So we basically only got to eat stuff that was at the right temperature that food should be kept at. Just to be safe.But honestly just on the hospitality alone i had to give 5 stars. She really deserves credit so thank you so much and I hope you get to see this one day.
Over time, this place has went downhill.Needs their ice machine cleaned cause pretty sure the ice isn't supposes to taste like Mildew. On top of that, left and drove away because I wanted a patty melt, on RYE. They said they were out of rye bread.Go back today to try again for the same thing and I ended up with the "Brawney Lad" sandwiches. Never again will I be back.

Always love going here - they treat you like family. The wait is short, the food is served quickly, always hot, always delicious. All this at an affordable price.
Very disappointed. Our waitress was the absolute worst. It took her forever just to get our drinks. When we finally got our food it was all cold and our waitress got an attitude when we told her. Part of our order was also missing. When she brought our bill, she said have the lady at the register take this stuff off because you didn't get it. She knew there was stuff she didn't bring, but couldn't be bothered to go back and get it. When we told the lady at the register how awful everything was (she asked) there wasn't even as much as an apology. No acknowledgement whatsoever. We will not be returning.
Our takeout from the Lancaster, Ohio Frisch's was hot, fresh and accurate. All of our food was delicious. We don't eat there often because when eat take out it's usually pizza. It was a nice change and good to enjoy a Big Boy, Swiss Miss, Fish Sandwich along with the best onion rings, same as they've always been.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did it take over 30 minutes to get my food after 20 minutes before the server acknowledged us, but it was brought to us ice cold. When I brought it up to the server she just said “okay” and took it away to get another. Service was terrible so I brought it up to the lady at the checkout and she completely ignored the fact that I had a horrible time. There are a ton of places here to eat so I HIGHLY suggest you go somewhere else
