First time ever trying for lunch, it was amazing! The service, the food, the wait time was a little long but there was only one employee making food! Katie was amazing and we will be back!
The staff was friendly and the subs were really good and did not take that long to get our order
Absolutely the best subs myself and wife ever ate very people friendly atmosphere we ordered from the Lancaster sub and was very taken away on how great there subs are we will be eating Firehouse subs over anywhere else thank you Timothy and Melody
Ordered online and it wasn’t even ready until over an hour after it said it would be. And then I get home and open my sub box and is basically just bread…staff was friendly, but tread with caution.
First time customer. What a shame. Way way too expensive. The regular sub was quite small, and the food quality was marginal at best. Very disappointed. Save your money and get a sub elsewhere.
The food is delicious, the employee’s were friendly, and respectful. The wait time was perfect, the only issue we had was the pickles were too small!Other than that we will definitely come back again.
Absolutely love this place….. workers are amazing…. It’s nice going into a place and see laughter and co workers getting along…. Service at first took awhile but just opened and everyone going there , so expected… my new favorite place…. Glad we got one in lancaster, we need more places like this
3days in a row im dying for Cuban sub - So so sooo good , Tender creamy and tasty so delicious at firehouse lancaster , So kucky they open in town , next im gonna try the chicken cajun one till they dont sell the cuban anymore which is i wish they always have it ?Katie is super fun and cheerful , i love the good vibe being arround her
I have tried to eat at this location 3 separate times and each time they told me it would be over an hour wait. The final time I ordered online (as they suggested) and when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready. And there were no customers in the store. Just 4 employees standing behind the counter not making food. It is now 30min after the pick up time and still no food
Why is it sweet? We ordered an Italian and and a turkey. They were really sweet and soggy. Wasn't a good experience, couldn't eat more than 1 bite. Waste of money.
