It's a mixed bag with this place! It used to be our favorite pizza hands down, but over the last few years their service has dropped tremendously and is quite horrible most of the time. Their pizza is hit and miss now...when it's not over cooked and everything is good, it's our favorite pizza, but more times than not there is something wrong. That inconsistency and terrible service has us normally looking for other pizza places and coming back to Fat Cat only occasionally....usually disappointed too :(
They are training new waitresses. We were taken very good care of with a young women that thank goodness has been there quite awhile. Like many places, they seem to struggle keeping waitresses. I love live entertainment. The Magestics were there which I totally enjoy.Good food. Enjoyable evening!
Owners are HORRIBLY rude and mean to employees and customers. .I do NOT EVER recommend going here, they do not deserve your money at all. Pizza Cottage, Pizza Crossing, Donatos, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Sugar Bears, and Cristy’s are all waaaayyyyyy better options and are all within 10 minutes. I have also heard stories from 3 people who have worked there about roaches in the kitchen and cheese and other ingredients being dropped on the floor and then being scooped up and put on pizzas.
The food was really good, but not nearly good enough to justify the ridiculously high prices, especially given the tiny portions (the "extra large" being the same size to an inch smaller than a large at most places, burgers MAYBE a quarter-pound). Service (if it could be called that) wasn't that great and the hour-long wait for the food (not all of which was close to not) seemed ridiculous given that it didn't seem to be very busy. Nick's tastes basically the same at around 1/3 the cost, 1/3 the wait, better portions, and generally twice the service.
They were very short on staff which made the wait time for food longer. They even had a sign in the door about a longer wait time. I understand that. The waitress was very polite and did the best that she could. I ordered the lasagna with salad and breadstick. It was outstanding, but I received my lasagna when everyone else was almost done with their food.
We normally order from fat cats and have birthday parties here. I ordered from them Monday night and ended up with food poisoning. I ordered a salad and a medium pizza, we waited over 2 1/2 hours for it to be delivered when we were quoted 1 hour. The driver double charged my card, when I called in they only offered store credit for the other half by waiting 2 1/2 hours for Luke warm pizza. I only ate the salad and could not work Tuesday or Wednesday because I was in such bad shape from the food poisoning. We will never order from this location again. I will also be contacting the health department because we asked the community if anyone else had food poisoning from them recently and there were a few. So clearly they are not following food safety standards. This is disgusting absolutely disappointed with the lack of customer service and food.
Still trying to get my $50 party room deposit from November. Paid $50 deposit middle of November 2021 for a 4 year olds birthday party for November 28. Got covid and it proceeded to sweep our household. Knowing we wouldnt meet the quarantine time, I called and cancelled the room week in advance of party. Since then, I have called numerous times, stopped in and still have not received our check. So disappointing as we have always rented rooms for parts in past.
Practically empty at lunch time. Very nice waitress but nothing special about the ham and cheese sandwich... couple of pieces of cold tasteless ham and 2 slices of cheese served with a bag of chips... won't revisit..
Aryanna's Birthday party was great. Pizza is already famous. Band was nice too.
I ordered pizza, a sub, and salad tonight for dinner. Even though my order was not correct when I received it, I called and they made it right. No questions asked. Thank you again ?. Will definitely be ordering again in the near future.
