I ordered a large pizza with twist and cheese dip. I picked the ordered up after my grocery pick up. On the way home, I opened both to see and the garlic twist wasn’t even in the meal. So I called, no one picked up for 15 mins (how long for me to drive back), then I had to wait another 15 mins for them to make my order. This will be the last time I order from Domino’s. By the time I actually received my twist, my groceries were thawed out and my pizza was cold. Very poor experience and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone else who was trying to have an easy stress free pickup day that ended up in and 2 hour stressful day.Picture is the REMAKE of the dip that wasn’t necessary to remake but most of it is burnt and barely any dip.Needless to say....not worth $9.00.

Just bad service! Workers today are so hard to acquire. With this, it is so frustrating to see said workers take advantage of the Lancaster Domino franchise owner and customers. My last two experiences at this Domino's has been...Well, not good! The last time, one of the crew was outside fighting and arguing with her boyfriend or husband? This, while we waited for our very late to the curbside, large order of food. Didnt want to walk inside to retrieve curbside order as we would need to cross through the heated drama taking place.A big guy crew member looked out the side door shaking his head and going back inside. He then immediately brought out our order and apologized, giving us a free pizza (we did not use) appreciated , but not the owners fault.Today, we came in to pick up another order instead of curbside this time. Waited nine minutes for an already completed order as the first crew member was more focused on her cell phone and decided to go around the corner and halfway hide vs. working. Another crew member that was obviously the only one working asked the phone girl "J"? To please help customers, after a period of zero response from "J", she gathered our order once she completed other tasks and got us on our way.Not trying to be a Kevin, however I wanted Lancaster Domino's customers to know, have patience, not the owners fault. They cant be there 24/7. This seems to be the new norm.
Order two pizzas, one 10 inch and they other 12! Ordered at 5:49 canceled the order at 7:51!!! Pathetic! We called and was told our order got put on hold for a bigger order? What happened to first come first serve?? It had been months since I ordered from you now I will never order again from you and I will post this to social media! Pathetic is all I can say
I ordered four pizzas last Friday they got two of them wrong. When I called and spoke to the manager he told me I would get credit for two pizzas. I called today to get those two pizzas and was told they don't have any record of me getting any credit for their mess up. So they didn't only mess up my order they also lied when they said they would fix their mistake.
Whomever was making the bacon, cheese jalapeno bread tonight. Was on point , it was perfectly baked as well as evenly filled instead of 4 peppers and couple of tiny bits of (could be bacon) in a lump of bread no cheese like last week. Great job!!!!! Loved it , thank you.
Quality control is none existent, the sauce was green in some parts and wasnt seen until it was too late. Luckily it only came out one end and not both.Delivery drivers are top notch tho!
It was ok. They were short on drivers so we did have to go to pickup our delivery order but the pizza was great.
Placed my order at 6:31PM. My driver arrived with my order at 8:48PM. My driver was nice and apologetic. Tried contacting the store while waiting and again once my cold pizza and cold wings showed up but they never answered. What a joke of a store.
Seeing all these awful reviews makes me disappointed in the people of Lancaster. This store took a major hit when it came to its staffing, and you still complain about how long it takes. Yelling at the teen girl working the counter is not going to make people magically appear to make your food. Domino's and other food places are ALL suffering from being short-staffed, maybe instead of complaining about the wait consider cooking for yourself. Most of the inside staff are made up of some of the nicest kids I've ever met, and seeing fully grown 'adults' come in and make them terrified to come back to work is absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Most of them are only a handful of year's older then your own kids. How would you like for your kid to come home, crying because some mother who has to many kids to feed decided to place the blame of her kids going hungry on your kid's hands? The food I always get is made to the best of their current ability, and they are really trying and getting better each time. That's what counts at this point. I can't wait to pick up my next order from these lovely people.
