Some of the food was cold. Cheeseburger looked like it had been sitting around.
I'm actually impressed. They were nice, efficient and relatively quick considering it was busy. Improved blizzards since the last time I was there. Appreciate the upside-down!
I stopped in to eat while in town. The inside was extremely clean, the service was fast and the food was fresh. The only negative was location/sketchy people walking up to you asking for “donations” then getting mad when you tell them no. Not the businesses fault but still. Overall good experience.
Always great! Love their blizzards! Line can be long at times but it moves pretty quick.
One of the few places recently that seems to always be good. Staff is friendly and food is always made just how we like it.
Guys and gals of dairy Queen thank you for your service as far as the food industry goes dairy Queen has always been one of my go-to's for top notch hot food at a more affordable price than most in the area and besides who doesn't love a nice Blizzard after a meal lol!
The double cheeseburger and fries were delicious. Perfectly seasoned and not over or under cooked. The staff was courteous and professional. Not sure how long ago they gave the interior a makeover but it looks really good. And clean. And the prices were way more reasonable than most places. I went to the restaurant on Fair Avenue in Lancaster Ohio so if you're in the area try them out.
I can promise you I've never had this happen to me before. I'm just happy it wasn't in my son's fries. Pretty disappointed finding this. This is one of our places to eat and been coming here for years. I understand everywhere is low on staff and the people who are actually working deserves some credit. Although definitely need to pay more attention because just the thought of my 3 year old finding this or accidently eating this terrifies me. ?
I ordered a 6 piece chicken basket and received 3 pieces of chicken and no toast. It wouldn't have been so bad if I got a 4 piece, but that's half the meal! Super disappointing.
I waited at the window for 15 minutes to get a cold bag of food that wasn’t my order. I tried to call and am being hung up on. On the right is my order the left is what I got.
