Our first time ordering Crenos and it did not disappoint! Service was excellent, our pizzas were delicious, and the galic flatbread was the best!
I prefer contacting the company directly. However, I have looked all over their site and I can only find a link about franchising. So, if this is the only way to contact them this is what I will use. I have order from the Lancaster Oh locations many times. That is why I didn’t mind to much paying $38 for a pizza and a small Cinnamon bread. I ordered online and had my pick up to be at 12:05 PM on 4/6 (ticket #4). When I went to pick up the pizza, I waited in the parking lot for a couple of minutes since I was early, the pizza was already sitting in the heater case. Unfortunately, that did not help. The pizza was cold, poorly made and missing one of the toppings I paid for. The Cinnamon bread had to be a left over from last night. So not only was the pizza horrible, I also have the regret of added a $6 tip to the order when I purchased it online.
Tried crenos pizza a week ago and was impressed. Tried it again today. Excellent food made fresh. Pizza, sub, and salad was amazing including the dressing. Great and friendly customer service. My main pizza place now. Thankyou for both surprising and for outstanding quality!!!
Would be 5 stars if it weren't for pricing. They are a little more expensive than the other pizza shops. Kind service and great food.
Messed up order, rude service, employees were mean to each other. Rather bad first time experience and likely won't be back.

Crenos always has a good pizza and subs, but today for lunch, it was phenomenal! Italian sub one of the best I've ever had....period. and the pizza didn't last to leftovers. Keep up the good work

The food is usually always good. The service is not on the other hand. Called to order food, was put on hold for over 6 minutes. Hung up and called back and got my order taken. Specifically asked for them to not forget my sauce, because that’s a very common thing I guess. The driver delivered my food , without the sauce of course. Told me that he would bring it back, 15 minutes pass with so I decided to call back. Took them another 10 just to bring the sauce. I live 4 mins away. (My husband had the car for work so I ordered out).
