As ALWAYS my burrito was mind blowing. But I couldn't get my order exactly how I wanted it because as per usual, they were missing a rather key component... This time it was the medium level (corn) salsa.

Terrible experience. Young female manager working 7:15 pm February 5th 2022 just ruined dinner for me and my family, and was “so sorry” and couldn’t do anything. No refund, no gift card for the location across town. Completely awful customer fulfillment/ service. Disappointed.
This has been my home chipotle for 10+ years. They never have my online order ready, it’s usually wrong, the place is always dirty, they are always out of things (which just means they didn’t prep enough in the morning, I used to work at a chipotle), the workers always seem overwhelmed, The food is some of the worst at chipotle ever, and tonight they are cash only. Just go to the other Chipotle across town
These people are wonderful. And always so kind. Food is always fresh and delicious.
There was only one employee paying any attention to the customers, the gentleman making the food. The other people were standing around doing nothing making him make everything. They also made you pay with exact change which would be one thing if they had anything posted about it, but they did not. It seems like they are using the former coin shortage to be lazy and not count out change.
They were great. Had a problem with an online part of an order and they fixed it perfectly.
For the size of the burritos ? you can't beat that price. Very friendly workers an helpful. I hadn't been inside to order before an was nervous bc the huge line but really it moved along quickly. I'll definitely be back to order from here again ❤
Good choices for building a bowl, burrito, or taco. Service a little bit slow and those dishing out the food need to speak louder when asking what your choice is. Otherwise, delicious.
