Let me start off with by saying any time you order chipotle online rather then in the store don't expect much. My food came hot when delivered but I ordered 2 burritos and 1 bowl with the up charge of queso; none of the entree's had it on it. Secondly the chicken is way to salty and third off my bowl barley had any rice in, possible just a half scoop. Chipotle around the world I never understood why you're so stingy with the rice ??
This Chipotle is always hit or miss as most are. Lunch rush is the best time to go because the food is usually freshest.
Fast friendly and great atmosphere. Very clean and the employees were more then helpful.
Second time I’ve ordered from here and I’m missing a whole meal. I ordered tacos and requested hard shell. They gave me a hard shell that was so flimsy I couldn’t even eat jt. It was like they soaked it in water. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My delivery drivers always have issues and the workers there are inaccurate and frankly worthless.
I've tried this Chipotle today for the third time thinking maybe it would be better. But instead I found an unidentifiable item in my quest Blanco. Needless to say I was scared to eat the rest of my order.

As many kids they had working the place SHOULD have been cleaned up, presentable to customers. This is a Chipotle I will NEVER return to. Cashier smashing chips as they were thrown into the bag, I MEAN COME ON PRICES ARE RETARDEDLY EXPENSIVE FOR YOU TO BE THROWING CUSTOMERS FOOD AROUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLENELESS SHOULD BE THE PRIORITY.
Fast. Easy to order. Food was good. Reccomend chicken. They were generous with serving. When I ordered steak, meager portion and several gristle pieces.

Guacamole is not supposed to be brown if you make it fresh you can also add more lemon juice and put it in the refrigerator. I’ve gotten brown guac from you at least 5-6 times in a year? Call memorial Dr chipotle and see how they do it correctly. Please
This location is the worst . The employees here do not care about anything. Portions are ALWAYS small and going on 3 weeks now that they don’t have vinegarette STILL!! Why ? Can no one go to Walmart and buy a blender ? Terrible customer service
