We don't eat in the dining room anymore, nothing is clean. Soda and condiment station rarely stocked, and it's always wet and sticky. Play area dirty, we always had to clear and clean a table when we used the indoor play area. Employees appear to be in poor spirits, I have yet to see an employee not argue about tasks assigned by management staff. I would go as far as saying I have never seen such disrespectful employees in one place at one time. One employee even told a manager a few years back, the restaurant couldn't function without him and the manager needed to back off after he was given a choice of two tasks that needed to be done. He refused both and demanded to continue cooking even though the manager had assigned another employee to cook. I would have fired him on the spot. Employees lazy in regards to cleaning dining room and play area. Drive thru accuracy is better than dine in accuracy. We have never had an order that was not wrong when we dined inside. Drive through accuracy is one in three visits where something is inaccurate. Italian Chicken sandwich from last order made with ketchup and American cheese. Chicken nuggets fried hard due to in attentiveness or reheating. Loved the Rodeo Whopper though. I don't recommend the iced mocha coffee, it is stored in an open pitcher. Stopped by tonight Sunday June 12, 2022. Website says it is open until midnight, closed today 9:47PM. Lights off no one inside, drive thru lights turned off.
Stopped here at 1130 on a Saturday, today, May 7th. After walking in to place a to go order. The lady, employee behind the counter went about doing a few other things instead of acknowledging my presence. Didn't mind because I was still searching for what I wanted. Finally came over, asked what I wanted. Asked her if they had grilled chicken, she said no. I said I will take a crispy with jalapeno cheddar pops. Took the order, took my money and walked away. Nothing said. She went in the back, argued a bit with her fellow coworkers. 10 minutes later, came back out threw my order in a bag. Set it on the counter without turning around or saying anything. I seriously had to laugh out loud at how rude and unprofessional she went out of her way to be. Then on top of this, as I'm driving and start to eat my food, it was cold. You could almost taste the grease hardening up. So Once I get home. I decided to contact the company on line to report the issue. The site was almost impossible to leave your complaint, and once you did, it offered you a code for a free whopper telling you that you can only have one whopper per household per month. I don't want a whopper and why do they think I would ever visit again after my experience today. They don't want to fix anything, they just want to toss a coin in the monkey grinders hat so the monkey will go away. They say that fast food will kill you, well if it doesn't, the service and response will be there to help finish you off by stressing you out to the point of beating yourself in the forehead with your first mumbling why over and over again. Do yourself a favor, Eat Tofu.

Just 6 months ago you got a nice size cheese burger for a 1.00. Now you get 3 bites and they just raised the prices again. People are struggling enough with how the world is. Now I can't even treat my children to a descent burger from your establishment anymore for the price it is. We will not pay it anymore. I will let my family and friends know. Which is like half of this town. What's going on with this world seriously. Everyone has to rip everyone off and make them feel as uncomfortable as they possibleibly can. Even the employee agreed the prices are ridiculous. How about that.

Wow! This place may be the best kept secret in town...they have totally overhauled it, including a refresh of the food! Great job, BK (but that king dude with the plastic head is still creepy).
I had 2 bad experiences with one employee. He yelled at me twice on two separate occasions and was very angry like he would be violent. I'm now apprehensive about going in there for fear of seeing him again. Employees are dirty looking. Woman has oily, messed up hair. Not very professional at this particular location.
