Ordered a roast beef sandwich and a 9 piece Buffalo wing, which comes with fries and ranchGot a 6 piece, and the wings were super tiny and slightly warm. No fries, no ranch. Wish I would’ve gotten the food that I paid for but the wait for the food took so long that I had to get back on the road. If I could give a 0 star I would — the food was sub par too.
All new staff apparently (that's what a boy said in the back). The food was great once I got it. The poor girl running the eat in people was doing all of it alone (and dropping fried items too) meanwhile drive-thru got 3 people to help. That poor girl was running around like crazy. I beleive the MOD was even young like maybe 19... I know nobody wants to work but could you please treat your staff better and fairly!
Best food we have had from an Arby's in a minute. Perfect temperature, taste, etc. Great job! Their times were great. So great that we went here two days in a row. Way to go guys and gals! Keep it up! A++++++++ God bless & be safe!

Went through the drive thru during lunch and they were quick with getting everyone out . Food is perfect and not sloppy like some of the other locations
This location is actual garbage. When you order food they spin a wheel of choic s and that's what you get instead of what you ordered. Removing this location from Lancaster would be doing the community a favor.
Big road sign is never on after dark ..one time we had to ask them to turn the menu light on ...dark parking lot....we can't tell when they're open...lots of places to eat otw there so we quit going.. also don't want to hear apologies or excuses .your loss..
Fries were cold. Asked employee at drive thru if he could make fresh ones. He wanted to argue then literally snatched the bag out of my husband's hand. My husband was like u don't need to snatch it out of my hand like that. I honestly think he just microwaved my fries. They weren't fresh. Yes they were hot bit not fresh. I could understand his frustration if they were really busy,, but we were the only one there.. We probably won't be going back.
Hit the drive through for a cherry turnover. They are usually puffy, fluffy and great. This one was flat like roadkill. Like it had a flat tire. Tasted like a jelly sammitch. The salted caramel cookie was great. Get that instead.
The food was hot and very good! We had classic roast beef sandwiches with crinkle fries. We also had Chocolate shakes. Which were amazing! Coupons that we recieved I'm the mail gave us a nice discount.
