This Subway store is listed on the Subway app and on Google as open until 9 PM.I placed my order through the Subway app, my order was accepted and I was charged. When I arrived to pick up my order all doors were locked, all lights were off, and the building was vacant. I tried calling the store at the time of pick up, and again the day after and got no answers.Corporate doesn't answer their phones, and I still haven't received a refund.
I question whether or not the people here know how to read. Online order is always wrong when I order from here.
Ok...you don't have to go to this one. There are two others in Lakewood. This one is....not good at 8pm on weekday. Lol. Two workers had no clue about how to do anything really. ..Go to the one on on Madison by Harding School. Trust me. ?
I just want to say I live on Madison by the other subway but I drive to this 1 because they always make great subs for me and my family. Plus open later. Usually always have cookies. Just saying when I say alot alot!!! Of olives I expect it ( especially when it's only veggies on it... and this place gets it! And my daughter is thankful for that ! It's always clean in here.
I placed an online app order for pickup (was charged for it) and showed up at the scheduled time to a dark store with locked doors…An hour before closing time was listed on the app. When I called, a young girl said she had to close because she ran out of bread…and there was NO MANAGER. I would have to call in the morning to talk to a manager. On my way out, a woman said that was her 15 year old daughter inside, closing a store by herself. So naturally, after this, I will never return to another subway.
This particular location smells of mildew, and has a bunch of old kitchen equipment stored in the front of the building. I don't often leave poor reviews but maybe they just need to know ??♂️?
I arrived 10 or 15 minutes before close and they wouldn’t let me in to order food

Door says open at 8am. Internet says open at 8:30am. Quarter to 9 and the doors are still locked.
