When they ask if you want your sandwich warmed up, I can only imagine that what they're actually doing is breathing on it really hard because every time my sandwich is barely warm on the outside and ice cold in the middle.For close to $6 a sandwich, I think it's pretty reasonable to expect your company to put in a bit more effort than the absolute bare minimum.
Had an absolutely delightful experience going through the drive-thru today! The person who took my order said they're trying to brighten everyone's day and spread cheer hahah they have succeeded and I hope they take my order always❤
Always enjoy Starbucks EXCEPT Ridgepark Square. Hot drinks are lukewarm, staff is rude. I used to go there often, but it's changed for the worse.

The shift manager Emily is so kind and hard working. Presents great customer and staff relationships. She also helped me have my order re done after a bad attempt. Love her! Always excited to see eachother when I come by ??

All good by the people but not happy about TWO price increases in less than 30 days! Reg coffee went up .20 in Nov and .40 in Dec! What the heck Starbucks?!
Big fan of this location, they never disappoint and any mistakes are fixed quickly with a smile. They’re busy as hell but the morale is great! ? Get my coffee here a lot.
