made my uber eats drivers wait so long I had 4 different drivers...fail
By the way that they dress, slice and deliver (thrown on porch) the pizza you'd think that we were bothering them by ordering. Disappointing experience after disappointing experience until I decided to write a review. Please, try harder to be better.
I don't know what's going on with papa John's, used to be a good pizza
We had a wonderful set of pizzas one night, so good we ordered them again, but alas, they were wrong at the second take:(. Apparently there's a call center through which orders are processed. The workers seemed frustrated by lack of control of the time they had to make everything. Being open late was a major win. Amazing gluten-free Alfredo for the pizzas.
Almost got killed by the delivery driver in the pick up truck. We were starting up at a green light on Detroit and she completely ran her RED, not yellow light. If we had gone slightly faster or had not slammed on the breaks she would’ve caused a very fatal accident going 40+mph down Detroit through a red light. Would’ve t-boned our car completely crushing me in the passenger seat. Not the store’s fault, but I’d hire delivery drivers who actually know how to drive.
Their driver just blew through a red light and almost T boned me in an intersection if I hadn't locked up my brakes. I'd have to assume their delivery is fast though if they don't get stuck at any lights.
I love this pizza and I will recommend it to anyone who likes pizza!
I been order my pizza from “Papa John”For long time. I live down the street from there over 17 years. I love there pizza. Last Night I Order 2 XL Pizza And Some Papa Chicken. It’s So Good. Worker Name “Jill” And Her Co-Worker Did A Great Job Made The Pizza Well Done.
Placed order last night for delivery. Family and I had horrible food positioning. Due to cut cost and labor shortage, will not be ordering from this location any longer.
