I get here regularly. Tonight I got a pizza that was burnt on the bottom. Called to let them know and they argued with me saying I was wrong that it wasn't burnt and hung up on me. Called back again and got hung up on twice before getting through to a manager... but jeeze. I'm not looking for free pizza, I'm looking for pizza that isn't burnt. You guys lost a long time patron.
if I could give 0 stars I would, TERRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL customer service… was on hold for about 10 minutes trying to order a pizza and when someone finally answered they told me to call another place and hung up… Mind your there only 2 miles away from my house so when I called back to try and order a pizza AGAIN they proceeded to tell me my card was declined meanwhile I was still charged $20 for food I NEVER EVEN GOT!! Very unprofessional and rude customer service!! I will never be ordering from them again… you’d be better off making yourself a tortinos pizza
Ordered pickup order for a small pepperoni with banana peppers. Picked it up in 15-20 min and it was delicious!
My coworkers ordered from here and had me try it and omg yes just ordered me a small pizza and it was loaded and delicious.... Ordered from Lakewood Location
Best pizza around.. Wish they would open one closer to North Ridgeville, but we still drive 30 min just to pick up a pizza.
Pizza was horrible ate oneSlice it made me sick to my stomach for hours now barley any sauce cheese and everything comesOf in one bite I ordered parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the pizza it was literally wet inside the little container it came in not worth the money even if it was cheep wouldn’t buy again when I called back to add on the cheese the lady I spoke to got real nasty all of a sudden very rude I was only 10 mins from the location she was very quick to say no on delivering till I told her I worked at a hotel then she was alright but overall horrible attitude horrible service the delivery driver was in such a rush he pretty much ran in and out in seconds honestly I’d ask for a refund but her attitude makes it seem like she wouldn’t Already ?
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Been ordering for years with no problem with paying cash I called from my new number and all of a sudden it was a big deal, The so called “manager” was very rude and didn’t wanna place my order bc apparently 12:30 is too late for a $40 dollar order. It must’ve been her time of the month i’ve been a loyal customer for years and have spent thousands with them very disappointed
Everything about my order was 5+ star! From my phone order (she was very professional,friendly and helpful), to my delivery (again professional, friendly, enjoyable) to answering my call after I ate. I called to thank them for a job well done and it just so happened to be my driver that answered. My pizza was amazing and the salad was perfect. No yucky soggy wet rusty greens that I've gotten at other pizzerias just beautiful fresh greens and cheese,etc. I will definitely be ordering again! Wonderful to find a late night pizzeria so incredibly run! I am thrilled that I found Nunzio's!!!
Delivery only is an inconvenience for me.How willl they like it if the place they shopped for food told them.delivery only or to bad?
Delicious pizza. I’m Italian and so i’m very picky about my pizza. This tastes delicious and the price isn’t too bad compared to other pizza shops. will definitely be going back!
