If you’re thinking of coming here for food knock yourself out the foods pretty good. If you’re coming here for the service you’re not gonna get it, pretty simple. They make a mean sandwich so it can be tempting, but pick a different location if it’s convenient.
I loooove this Mr. Hero & have never gone to any other location. I like to call ahead & they have it ready right when I get there. The owner is so kind. They accidentally made me a 7" instead of a 10" & they gave me an extra 7" for free. Been going here for a good 25 years & that's the only time a mistake was made.
My father n I have been coming here for years.. This is the only one we will go to..It's always clean .. The cook cleans grill after every order..The owner n his wife are awesome people love them..My dad passed a couple of months ago. But I will still continue to go there ❤❤❤
I find this restaurant to be deliciously perfect with EVERY order! Their kitchen is SUPER CLEAN, the staff are courteous, kind and friendly! I enjoy seeing their smiles!❤
my visit and my food and service were excellent.
I was with my friend who speaks Arabic. When we sat the lady behind the grill was talking and laughing, the old man on the cashier joined her in laughing. I jokingly said to my friend that they were probably laughing at us, and he said that they were in fact making fun of us. I’ve never seen my friend so visibly annoyed. He exchanged words in Arabic with the old man after collecting the food, and the old man started to backtrack once he saw he understood Arabic. He said that they were laughing at an earlier customer, not us.Wether or not they were being truthful, they should never laugh at any customer regardless.I will never support this location again.

Service with a smile. There are many Hero franchises all over Ohio, but this one is run well and has great staff. One of the better Mr Hero's, and the best in Lakewood.
I see a lot of complaints here calling the cashier rude. He's actually a really great guy.Allow my $0.02.If you have any trouble with anyone, just go in there and tell them "Art Fonz" sent ya. He'll give you a 50% discount no questions asked.Also bring in coupons as much as you can. They absolutely love seeing those!
Hands down one of the best fast food places I've ever been to. Staff is beyond nice and they actually car about their customers. Thank you to the guys in the lakewood ohio Mr.Heros on detroit, you are the best!
