The guy at the counter obviously had no interest in customer service, rude and abrupt. I haven't gone to Mr. Hero in a very long time and now I remember why. I wanted a cold sandwich, they cooked it, I was really looking forward to the waffle fries but they tasted like they were made the day before in old grease. The only smile I got out of him was when I put a tip in the jar and now I'm sorry I did. I will definitely never be back.

This Mr. Hero is fantastic! They remembered me! They always have great food, always great service! The place is clean and the staff is great! Like I said, they remembered me! I recommend this location to anyone in the area who wants a quick and delicious sandwich! Always worth it!
My dad n I have been going here for years. Love this place.Owner and his wife feel like family. Never will we go to another..Cook cleans grill after every order.Never ever did I have problems here.My dad passed away a couple of months ago and I will continue to come here

I always thought the staff was personable, usually they have tons of personality and a sense of neighborly loyalty. Great place if you ask me the females that work there always look professional too.
Sandwiches were made wrong and the steak tasted weird. The bun was hard and soggy.
