I pulled up to the window And the cashier was super rude and unprofessional. They then Served me a rotten mcchicken patty tasted like the floor. Asked if I could have ketchup for my fry’s and the woman said there should be some and slammed the window and walked away. There was no ketchup so I sat there and she came back and acted like I wasn’t even there . Never going here I advise you do the same
I placed a mobile order at this 24 HR location at around 2:25 am. I went to pick up my food at 2:35 an was ignored completely at the box. I pulled up to the first and then second window and was ignored by the staff who saw me both times. It wasn’t until I made eye contact with a girl with glasses and a black polo that somebody came over to inform me that they were closed. That’s about it ??♂️
Fish sandwich seemed fresh. I can't say the same about their fries. They were terrible. I went through the drive thru is why I didn't take the fries back. It is sad because before I would brag how this McDonald's was the best. Now I will have to think of a different and hope it's better.
If I could give it lower star I would. I mean it is a shame that a crew with that many team members are not preforming at there best and the quality of food prep compared to other urban mcds is off and especially keeping oil fresh. Last thing, I'd like to mention to management who neglect quality customer service?? Idk ?♀️ ??♂️ where you guys got the idea or think your gonna get far with attitude with regular your customers. Better yourselves Enough said
This is one of the worst locations. Usually order on the app and they don’t end up having anything available.Decided to reach out to corporate once and they gave me coupons for free combo meal and when I used them I STILL was given the wrong thing.Definitely don’t waste your time, go to any other location.
Yo, I don't know where all the hate is coming from. The dude on the speaker was friendly AF and handled business the right way and with quick. By the time I paid my lil $3.50 the female at the next window had my bag of sausage Mcgriddle joint ret for me and then rushed my cup of coffee to me and wished me a blessed day.What tf you people expect from these customer service representatives that can't afford a large combo meal off what they make in an hour?
Drive thru has you pull to the side late at night so they can keep their drive thru timer low. Waited 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 mcchickens and a fry. Fries came out undercooked and soft and gross. You think after making you wait 15 minutes they could at least cook your fries all the way and salt them. Nope. Saltless, floppy soggy fries. Care more about keeping their management happy than their customers it seems.
Literally the worst place you could go. They consistently mess orders up, take them wrong, and then they are rude when you bring it to their attention. If you want a better experience I suggest going to the one on 150th. It’s less expensive and the employees are far more competent.
For quicker service go through drive thru or order ahead. I suggest downloading the app- they always have good coupons.
