Actually witnessed a young woman working the drive-thru pick-up window run her finger around the rim of an iced coffee. She then put her finger in her mouth, sucked off the sweet drink and then grabbed the water - by the lid- that I had purchased. When I asked her to wash her hands and then come back and give me another Dasani - holy cats! if looks could kill!!! Me with X's for eyes!Come on! Even pre-pandemic sucking on your fingers and handing someone's food out the drive-thru window was frowned upon.No more chances for my local McDonald's!
Employees have no idea what they're doing, management has no idea what they're doing. Very unorganized and frustrating. Better off going to 117th. I guess I'm expecting too much from McDonald's Employees
Was a little slow but heck was better service then 90% of taco bells
Went through drive through got 2 cheese burgers and a medium fry had to pull to the side and waited 10 minutes. Worst McDonald's
Okay today was the last straw with this McDonald'sI usually only eat McDonald's Once a week , but I'm done going to this location. I ordered two cheeseburger meals, no pickle extra onion. They came extra pickle no onion? Then me and my wife had to take our napkins and wipe our cheeseburgers clean because they put so much ketchup it was almost inedible. And the fries tasted like old fish??? Maybe the kids that were in front shouldn't have been wrestling or playing karate. I wont be back.
this has got to be the worst Mcadonalds ever. Slow service and they most of the time get your order wrong. They should've never built this McDonalds
Well I went in to get a doordash order and had to wait for at least 14 minutes to even get someone's attention to help me and I used to work in a fast food place and there is always someone that has to cover the front and they tell you how often you need to check the front and they didnt even have the food ready and it was done online and in the time it took me to get there it should've been ready and it was only a few items it should've been ready when I got there but then I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for them to have it ready
Great little burger joint! I would highly recommend! The fry’s this place makes…..amazing! If you’ve never been, I recommend the quarter pounder with cheese!
Staff is cool. Managers are awesome. Food is good. Drive thru is a pain the butt it always gets backed up.
