Impolite staff on the phone when trying to call see if they were open at all. Happy to order at a better time. I would rather not sit on hold multiple times for a total of 15 minutes with expectations of being able to order. Just say what it is.
This place use to be our once a week pizza spot and every time our orders were perfect and delicious. Our last 3 times getting delivery the pizza was horrible! Today was our last time ordering here. We got the “big cheese” there was barely any cheese on it, the pizza was waaaay over cooked and ice cold.
They were short-staffed today but extremely kind. My order is perfect, and I appreciate the kitchen team for making my order and providing it to me in a timely manner.

Every single time I go here the pizza is amazing. Every time, without question. I highly recommend the old world pepperoni... They become crispy little grease cups... Maybe not the healthiest option on menu, but hey, I don't order pizza for healthly choices. I'm here for a good time, not a long time.
