The last time I got a 4 piece meal from KFC W.117th it consisted of a breast, thigh, wing, and drumstick.Yesterday after getting home to eat my meal, I was informed by the staff that a 4 piece meal is now 4 small wings.I'm done, there are too many places to get fried chicken in this city to put up with that!!!
There isn't a single time in the last year with all the orders we have gotten from this store that something wasn't completely screwed up. Kfc has gone so far downhill, it's a total shame. Do better and get new management.
The lady in the drive-thru was very rude. Very inpatient and had very bad customer service skills. When I different order fast enough she got nasty with me and ask if I wanted anything or not? I will not be going back there
I get a meal and I just get the sandwich why is it every time I order from any kfc they always mess up the order. It’s a regular item from the menu. How can you mess that up!!!!! Horrible service!!!
I am not a fan of greasy fast food. But had to try the beyond chicken. Meh. Giving it a one not because this location was bad but this type of food no longer appeals to me
This place has terrible customer service if you don’t like ur job go home remember ur making food for us customers which you should take in consideration that it should be at a great quality. The food was terrible ask for sauce didn’t get it.
Ordered a $30 family fill up but did not receive the cookies or the half gallon drink that comes with it. I tried to call several times but they never answered their phone
It was okay macaroni and cheese was a little dry the chicken wasn't really fresh but it was good the fries weren't fresh they were soggy all they had was original they didn't have any extra crispy they never do the biscuits were old the portion size for the family meal was inadequate you can't put a small side in a family size container so my family size sides we're actually small that location West 117th used to be the best in Cleveland now it's sorry to say one of the worst so three stars is good for the quality that was presented
They have great food customer service excellent! I just wish the next time I get a chicken sandwich it is done.
I grabbed 2 chicken sandwiches and fries with a peach MD... GREAT FOOD, and kinda fast service
