Really rude people on the phone. Ordered 4 large subs in the middle of the afternoon and it took an hour to receive. Freaky fast… I don’t think so! Other better sub shops in same area!
Ordered the new beefy black and bleuCame with no tomato. And i asked for extra horseradish and it came super dry.Disappointed since the first one I had was amazing.Ugh

Wow you guys are slow. Its been 45 minutes since I ordered and I'm still sitting here hungry wondering if its even coming since it was "out for delivery" 30 minutes ago and I live 5 minutes from the restaurant........ The location in parma is so much better. Always had my food in 10 minutes. Cant wait to eat my soggy sandwich when it gets here if it ever arrives.
Very delicious subs I always order online have delivered. Never have any problems. Always made correctly. Delivered on time. Also their bbq chips are delicious!
I placed an order for 1 sandwich online for pick up, 30 minutes later, I still hadn’t received a notification to that it’s ready, I call up the there and ask where’s my order. At first he says there’s no orders, then puts me on hold and says yeah it’s ready we forgot to mark it ready, sorry but you can get it now. Wow
