We’ve been a few times for either a full dining experience or just dessert. Food is always great, service attentiveness is hit or miss, once for a dessert visit on a quite night we where probably there for over an hour because our server never came back to give us the bill so we didn’t leave until significantly later than anticipated when closed, however despite that mediocre experience the dessert was still amazing and would recommend a visit!

Since it was Friday, in Lent, we decided to try the fish dinners at this restaurant. While we got there earlier (5ish) and it wasn't crowded, we waited quite awhile for service to offer water. Finally, someone stopped by and got our drink order, which helped. A nice Manhattan and glass of Pinot Grigio. After another while, our order was taken - the Chef's Whim, which was calamari, very good, but very oily, not drained. My partner had the special fish fry, which was a very thin grouper, somewhat desiccated, probably not appropriate to deep fry. Sadly we love grouper, this was not good. I had the special salmon, which was over cooked, but edible. The worst part was the bill was over $100 for a not very good dinner or service. Surprisingly, we've enjoyed Georgetown other times, maybe it was just a bad night for the chef and wait staff.

We tried out one of the igloos outside for dining. They charge 45 dollars just to hold the spot and you don't get that back. We got there and the service was slow and unattentive. The drinks were the best part of the night. Food was decent at best. Meatballs were frozen meatballs. The bill was 270.00 for 4 people before the tip and the experience did not match the price. Very disappointing will never go back!

Very busy - make reservations. Food was delicious. My friend had the fish special and I enjoyed their grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup. The grilled cheese was very big, with brie and other cheeses, plus bacon. Could not finish, but tasted good for lunch the next day!

I enjoyed dinner in one of their igloos on the patio. Comfortable for 8 and a full menu of options to enjoy and even some drink specials for the igloos. Will be back.

I booked an igloo for my twin daughters 17th birthday. The whole experience was AMAZING! The igloo was adorable! The food was great! But, what impressed me most was the service! Tim and any other staff we encountered were above and beyond wonderful. I have had 2 other dinners out during the holidays and was just so disappointed with service and food quality. (yes, I understand there is a pandemic and staff shortages) BUT, Georgetown did not disappoint!

I had a wonderful time and my food was really good. We are in the couch igloo and it was nice, the table was small but it was cozy. Also really good for coronavirus. They have space heaters that are wonderful and work well they have settings so you don't get too hot. Bathrooms are assessable inside. I suggest bringing a game like cards against humanity or something. Where a sweater and you'll be fine bring a blanket. They also giv big portions so keep that in mind for kids. I had the creme brulee and it was amazing. So we're the meatballs. Have fun, and stay safe!

So the experience was amazing from start to finish ! I booked a igloo for my sister 21st birthday she had no idea. The waiter Mattie was awesome!! She made the experience even better. All the waiters were really nice. For a party of 8 our food and drinks came fast despite the busy Saturday night. We will definitely return and will be requesting Mattie. Thank you guys for one of the best experience we ever had.

2.5 stars, do not recommend. IGLOO reservation for birthday for loved one. Was made to feel like an inconvenience as soon as we arrived (I believe it was the manager who approached me), and through the night. You expect some mishaps whenever dining with a large group (wrong drinks, orders, etc)--but what I didn't expect is to be treated as though we were not welcome, when we had not done anything to deserve that. Should have been warned by the prior reviews... On the plus side, this patio really is gorgeous, and most (not all) of the staff were actually very friendly.
