I'm disappointed in this place lately. The food used to be really good and it's not anymore and the coffee used to be really good and now it's just bad. Idk if they have had a lot of turnover with staff but they really should try to figure it out. That being said it's no good anymore, they can't even make a coffee order right. There are better Dunkins there is one just a little way down the street now at the corner. Service is still pretty fast here though but I think some of that might be because of how much slower it's been. People are clearly giving up on it a bit.
I ordered a peppermint hot cocoa & avocado toast. Originally I had requested a few other items which were out of stock. It was >10 minutes before close, and their oven was being cleaned. Out of kindness, they turned their oven back on for me just to make me my avocado toast! 10/10 exceptional & friendly service.
We order the exact same drinks at every Dunkin we go to, the price is 13.72$. We went here and were charged 18.27$ !!!!!!The foreign manager said prices went up..... No this is an independently owned Dunkin donuts so they are allowed to raise prices over 5$ than every other Dunkin donuts? I am pretty sure this is illegal considering they use Dunkin donuts franchise name . Do not go here they are robbing everyone and giving Dunkin donuts a bad reputation, I'd advise them to look into this fraud. Have a great day stay safe
The drive-thru is always pretty quick however, the food not so great. The first time I ordered a bagel it was hard to the point where I could not bite it and had to throw it out. Today I stopped over in hopes that the first time was a fluke. I ordered 6pc hashbrown and a bagel sandwich(bacon,egg,cheese). I received a 3pc hashbrown(I didn't know was possible to order a 3pc) and my bagel is as hard as a rock and came with just cheese no egg no bacon. Very disappointed as this is twice I just wasted money.
I come to this Dunkin’ daily and besides the amazing caramel crazed iced lattes, the girls at the window Miya and Briana are the best. Always with a smile even when the have a line a mile long!! I pass by other Dunkin’s to come to this one!!!!

ordered a bagel that they messed up and asked me to wait again in the drive through line that was out onto the street for a new one. go to the one by lorain and 117th. 5 minutes if your time for better service.
Terrible service!! Went through the drive through! The menu doesn’t have the kind of donuts just drinks so I asked which donuts does he have and he got smart and snapped on me while his response was chocolate vanilla strawberry!!! That’s just terrible!!! Had to get out car in the pouring rain 9 months pregnant and get my small child out the car as well to pick out donuts!! We were not only soaked but the donuts were not fresh!!! Don’t come here!!! Btw the donuts were plain, glaze, chocolate cake with chocolate icing, glaze with strawberry icing and sprinkles , Halloween donuts (not chocolate vanilla or strawberry btw) etc if you don’t like your job find another simple!!!
