This is a trash Dunkin location. They indicate that they open at 5 am but we show up at 8 am and the doors are locked. They say “it depends” when there inside is open.. who runs a business that way!? Oh and the only reason we have to go inside is because if you order at the drive thru your order is wrong 100% of the time when you receive it.
I wish I could give this location 0 stars. The manager, Amanda, berated me because she was out of a certain flavor and I dared to order it via the app. She screamed at me on the phone and refused to make my order. She said she could not refund it at the store and I would have to call customer support. I asked her if we could substitute the flavor. She offered me something that cost less and when I pointed that out she told me she would spit in the drink and called me a slur. I'm currently waiting on the owner to contact me so I can get my money back for the order she refused to fulfill.UPDATE: I called customer service again because the owner did not reach out in the timeframe they gave. They said he reported that he had spoken to me and resolved the issue. He never did.
This is literally worst dunkin in our area. I buy a coffee or 2 everyday and the majority of the time it is not made correctly. Today I ordered a hot coffee and received a room temperature coffee. Half the time I drive to another Dunkin in the area!!

they have excellent food, and the best donuts (imo, the glazed blueberry is heaven). the line is fairly quick considering how busy they are. however as someone with no vehicle, it is really inconvenient for me to stand in traffic just to pick up food. i really wish they'd re-open for at least take-out. if they did i would give 5 stars. maybe someday!
excellent sourdough breakfast sandwich. signature latte was better than coffee at home. the sandwich and medium signature latte came out to $11 so the prices are somewhat higher than mcdonald’s.
Dreamlike coffee and great donuts. It's an American staple.
Beware — Employees with bad attitudes when you return a drink for being made wrong. The sticker says no whip and it comes with whip. Send it back and get a dirty look through the window from more than one employee.
Tasty, great for breakfast and lots of options. I recommend this place!!!!
Came down here from Florida. Sadly drive thru only service, which in itself is disgusting and sad. Cars lined up out into traffic making it more dangerous than covid.
