If I could go zero stars I would. I will no longer go to this location. Every time we’ve been in there the past year, they are missing something - today it was not enough crunchy taco shells, no fajita veggies, no chicken, no guac, no kids chips. We went at 11am, no one in line, 2 people in the restaurant. When I asked about fajita veggies the staff response was something about ‘not right now’ and no one was cooking anything. They never have a good reason, no one wants to make it right or make the customer happy. The staff mostly are rude and under trained.

I’m not one to usually write reviews and have worked chain restaurants and been in food service however every time I go there they are constantly out of things to the point where it’s a waste of time. Go in after 9 and good luck they have nothing and closing the line and grill which I use to manage restaurants similar and you’re never suppose to close as much as they do. Pretty disappointing. You’re better off going to the falafel place next door honestly .

Stopped in today to get a salad for lunch no problems outside of they were out of a couple items not a huge deal. Pay and go to get silverware and apparently they don't have forks. I asked how am I supposed to eat a salad the response was well we have spoons smh what a joke last visit to this location. Perhaps telling the customer before you order a salad hi we don't have forks for you to eat it with. Also appreciate the tablespoon of salad dressing given.

Although technically my salad was good, preparation of it was not that great. The young lady who got it ready had sort of an attitude and didn't tell me what she was doing number one number two the lady behind me ask for white rice three times in the same woman gave her Brown turned around and threw not only the bottom of a Chipotle of a bowl but also the top of the bowl in the trash along with the rice. The cashier didn't say a word to me took my money gave me change didn't even say thank you hope you have a good day nothing at all I was not impressed with the three people working behind the counter. This is not the first time that I've had attitude problems with people at Chipotle but usually I slept it off because as the expression goes there's a shortage of people so be please be kind to those that showed up.

I had multiple issues with this location about 5 months ago so have been avoiding it HOPING they'd get their act together since I'm a regular at Chipotle feedback. WAS going to patron this location today, but after reading the recent reviews, it appears corporate doesn't care about this location either. Avoid this place at all cost, wrong/tiny orders, closing BUT still allowing online ordering,, and very poor management. I thought Chipotle was better than this with their high profits, but apparently not.

By far worst chipotle experience ever. Navigating by 4 cars in the fire lane, just to stand in line behind 6 dashers to pick up my food that would normally be on the shelf. They asked my name then demanded proof... for a $8 burrito. This might be standard for dashers idk but this was a chipotle dot com order and I didn’t know my login and had next to zero battery life. When I finally got my order, it was missing my free chips and salsa, which chipotle deducted the 4xx points from my account. They then made me login to my account, which I already told them I didn’t have ready access to. 10 minutes later, at the time neither of us had proof, so we used another 400 points. By the time I got home it all showed and I was indeed double charged the points as I said all along. Not sure why they couldn’t see on their end. Two hours later when I went to eat my burrito, with chicken and extra cheese, it became apparent there was no chicken what so ever and possibly no cheese. Not a single piece of meat of any sort. I have pics below... (those are pinto beans not chicken ). When I was there they told everyone they were out of chicken. (Yet again). Were they trying to pull one over on door dash orders not realizing I was an online order, and let door dash take the hit? How could they possibly mess up this many things. This location is a disaster

Never had problems there until recently. Ordered my usual order on the app. A chicken boritto bowl extra Lettuce. The bowl is 90% rice, barely any chicken, salsa or cheese, and even though I asked for extra lettuce I got maybe 2 pieces of lettuce??? Ridiculous. Not the quality I'm used to from chipotle.

Once a competent establishment, the Lakewood Chipotle has sadly been sucked into the same vortex of South-of-the-border disorder as the Clifton store. If I wanted to spend this long buying burritos I would have just gone to an actual Mexican restaurant for sit-down and probably still have been served faster. The counter was filthy and of course they’re always out of something.

Loved Chipotle since forever, but the service anymore is THE WORST!! 40 minutes in line, worker moral sucks, out of hard shells, worker said "there are plenty of people willing to wait 40 minutes". Well not me. No apology, just, too bad. As die hard of a fan I am, I am tempted to not go back. This has been a serious trend for a while now and I'm sick of the tough luck attitude Chipotle and obviously their Corporate has adopted. FIX YOUR SERVICE PROBLEM CHIPOTLE BECAUSE IT STINKS

Online orders are the worst. It’s a bowl full of sour cream. Hardly any rice in the bowl. I’m disappointed.
