mediocre but fast chinese-american food. would be mediocre even in areas with lower asian population than even here. reminds me of a place i used to eat at back in fond du lac wisconsin till i got fed up with the rude cashier and stopped going. would be at bottom of the barrel even in a city like fargo only because there are two decent fast chinese-american places in that city. cleveland metro area actually has a chinatown so this place is definitely not that great. the crab rangoon was actually good if i was rating that alone would be 4/5 stars.

Food is delicious, but beware. If you order the family dinners, there is more than enough food for next day lunch and dinner. A family of four dinner, definitely feeds six. Always fresh and well flavored, not salty or greasy. Love it so much, it is a weekly family tradition.

Used to be a decent Restaurant, in fact, it WAS the only one Chinese Restaurant my Family & I would order from for Years... but now that has changed drastically. Items I've ordered were not delivered correctly.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!There was no offer to resolve the issue.Refused to give me my Money back & they kept hanging up on me & would not answer the phone. So I had to resort to my Final recourse & contacted the Ohio Attorney General. Which is sad ? because this was once a really nice place to eat. Idk what happened, but I believe it was a change of ownership and/or Management.

I been eating here for quite some time. China Express has never failed me. Good food and fast service.
