I really enjoy the food at Charleys. The app makes ordering quick and easy and also offers a decent rewards program. My order is always correct and the employees always polite and friendly. Keep up the good work!
1st time trying out Charley's. I ordered a chicken Philly with fries. 1st customer service was great. Food came out quickly. And fries were fresh hot and delicious. But the chicken Philly was DISGUSTING! the chicken isn't in chunks like most chicken Phillys instead it's a pale processed flattened frozen flavorless meat. I won't be back ever!! Just go to mr hero to get your chicken philly...smh took away Boston Market for this???!!
Stopped in for a quick bite and service was fast and friendly. Food was great, hot and just what we asked for. The highlight was one of the workers running out after us when she realized one of our bags was missing fries. I definitely appreciate that, she was fast and on top of it! Thanks!!
I was pleasantly surprised. The food from the Lakewood Charley's Philly Steak restaurant was delivered via Grubhub. The order was fresh and hot; even the fries. The order was correct, well packaged and plentiful. It is my pleasure to give them such positive feedback. Thanks for the great experience!
GREAT SERVICE. The food? It was pretty good. It wasn't the best, and I've had worse. I don't know if I'd ever put it at the top of my choices, but I get it.
We love Charlie's, my husband & myself promise ourselves, to try something different, but no...I'm stuck on the buffalo chicken, and he loves the California chicken, he has been getting for years. I took his mom there today who has never been there before, she loved it. We are so!!! Happy they now are everywhere, not only in the malls thank you. ❤️?

Nope. We were excited that Charley's opened up right by us but that excitement died soon after getting our food. Everything was dry & tasted like flavored cardboard. Which I get, that's kinda how all fast food is but you can get cheaper cardboard many other places in town. Save your money.
Its was ok if I order two large meals I expect that when ordering two large sandwiches I ask to make them large the young lady talk to soft speak up
The employees were very friendly when I walked in and I love the hot fresh food every time!
