These people make the words fast food a joke. The last time I went here I sat at the Drive-through order screen For a good 15 minutes with nobody communicating with me. I pulled up to the window and knocked for an employee to come up to me and yell at me for pulling forward without ordering yes. As I explained I had been there for 15 minutes I was yelled at. Needless to say I canceled my pick up order and called corporate. David the general manager at the time called me back and I explained what happened to be offered AA combo meal if I ever chose to come back, which I'd never will
For the third time in a row my Whopper came out cold and my underneath came out hard. When I complained over the phone. They said they could not replace my money unless I came up today to get it. I was already 15 miles away at the time. If corporate would give me a call that would be great or reply to this message
This place is a dump! I went to pick up someone else's order and no one responded to the intercom so I went to the window......no one came to the window. I blew my horn and nothing. If you don't want to work, just stay home.On top of me stop eating here after walking in and seeing how nasty and unsanitary the place looked a year ago, I strongly would not encourage anyone to eat from this place.
What a disappointment, I went to the drive thru 3/17/22. I live less than 3 miles away and I get home, the food is cold, no doubt pre-made laying around for a while. Service intercom sounds like the employee is talking into a tin can. No milk shakes, Sprite & Diet Coke the only beverage available, I would have got the Sprite, because I hate the D-Coke, but I couldn't clearly hear the employee (intercom). On top of that the Coke is flat. You look into the service window and just that area alone look to need a really good cleaning. Needless to say I won't ever go to that location ever again. I'd give you no star if I could.
Been going to this location for years. Gave me the wrong order and didn’t notice until I got home. Tried to bring the stuff back and manager became rude and refused to switch out the food to what I actually ordered. I know times are hard and it’s annoying to put up with people all day so I get the frustration, but it’s just two whoppers. I’d like to eat what I paid for. You don’t have to be rude when people aren’t being rude to you.
I was out and about when I thought I would stop at my local burger king to get my friends some breakfast. My first problem came while ordering. The lady at the drive-thru didn't seem to know the difference of a sausage biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese buscuit. I tried to tell her 5 times that it was just sausage on the biscuit, until I eventually just pulled up to the window to tell her in person. After telling her 3 times in person she had a moment of clarity. I thought that she changed her ways. I went home with breakfast in hand. Gave my friend the two buscuits, and they had cheese. Normally this wouldn't have been bad, but my friend is lactose intollerant so they couldn't even eat it. If only the lady at the counter heard one of my forty warnings about not putting cheese on it, and this could have never happened.
Waiting 10 minutes for my damn chicken nuggets and extremely long line and short staffed “great” Experience all around. To top it off while my nuggets were warm my burger was ice cold.
It's fast food so no high standards... Eddie is very nice as well as efficient. Most businesses are short staffed with employees over worked or doing extra time. Keeping that in mind things are smoother than one would expect. Could have been better or a lot worse but for now I do recommend if you're in the mood for some BK
Love this BK not only for the food but the staff is awesome. My daughter does make fun of me because I love that long chicken sammich but I can't help it! So tasty!!
