The pizzas and wings are excellent and among the best in the Cleveland area. Service is great, unless it is extremely busy (frequent). Very urbane atmosphere, sidewalk dining, diverse clientele and crowded when busy.4 -7 Happy Hour specials are a good deal but $10 for bagged iceberg isdisgraceful. You can and should do better.
I was picking up a pizza for a friend and I for dinner. He said it was a wonderful place. I had never been there before. And he was right. The most outstanding staff. Friendly. And the best pizza in Lakewood.
Angelos pizza is the best pizza I have ever had. Period. We moved to another state and we miss their pizza. Nothing else compares. I’d recommend the deep dish.
My 1st time visiting Angelo's. My sister has date night there with her husband often. She always, brags about how delicious the food tastes! Well, I've been dieting & exercising for almost 2 weeks straight & I had definitely earned myself a cheat day! I ordered the small seafood pizza & a side salad & let me tell you, they didn't disappoint! The food was great!! The place is small & crowded, that just showed that everyone there was experiencing the same great taste in food! I will return...
We travel a little over an hour to get to Angelo's and it's well worth the trip. Great pizza, a lot of options. Staff is always friendly but the place is small so it gets packed quickly. Would highly recommend.
We went to Angelo’s after reading that is was one of the best pizza places in Ohio and even the nation in one publication that I saw online. With that expectation in mind, Angelo’s didn’t quite live up to all of the hype. The pizza was good but the sauce didn’t have much flavor in my opinion. The deep dish was kind of nostalgic for me in a way, because it tasted kind of like the way I remember pizza huts deep dish tasting like in the 90s. We tried the original crust margherita pizza and had a deep dish pepperoni pizza. We were looking forward to having their boscoe stick appetizer since that is a throwback to our childhoods as well, but they were out of those when we went. We got the breadsticks instead which came with a cup of marinara sauce and a cup of butter sauce. The breadsticks were a little bit dry and just ok in terms of flavor. We will likely give Angelo’s another chance at sometime in the future, but as for now we will keep trying new places in Northeast Ohio/Cleveland.

Been going here for about eighteen years and it's been one of the best if not the best pizza in Lakewood the whole time! Quality had never taken a dip! Try to eat healthy and less pizza the last few years but still end up here at least once a month. Angelo's for life! Love the deep dish.
Angelo's pizza is really, really good, but we've it comes to the pasta, I'd expect more chicken in the chicken Alfredo for nearly $13. Otherwise, they get 5 stars on the pizza.
