very rude employees, we are driving from Pennsylvania to have rude people taking our order..sucks
Just left this location after ordering 2 meals both containing bacon on the burgers. The bacon was so burned and old it was crumbling and tasted like charcoalAt least we could count on those great Wendy fries though right?Wrong...cold and stale. What a shameI'll drive up two exits in either direction from now on.
My last three visits to this location have been boarder-line tragic. One visit felt uncomfortably close to a scam: the drive-thru worker didn't ring in the order as I dictated it to her, so it didn't show up on the screen, and she didn't have a price total for me. When I pulled around, she again didn't give me a total and just silently reached for my card. I had to demand to know what I was paying before I was informed that she was about to somehow charge me $12 for a small #1 (breakfast). In all of my visits, it has been a struggle to get my order correct and an even greater struggle to get a receipt. There are other places nearby to eat - I recommend you consider one of those options.
This Wendy's has some of the rudest people working here in the evenings! My boyfriend and I don't eat from this location because it's always wrong when we get it, but we get Frostys sometimes and the last 6 times we have gone to get them the machine is already shut down way ahead of closing time. Wth, you're not supposed to shut them down till closing time! The people working the drive through are always rude and act like they are being bothered. The manager we have encountered before was just as rude. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
Frys are cold.No signs on the outside but the dinning room was closed.A bit hard to get a truck and camper in the drive through but I did and now the food is not very good…..
Their food is always fresh their sandwiches and fries and drinks are very good
WORST WENDY'S FOOD ever had in my life! My brother, his fiance and I two nights ago spent just shy of $30 ($28.58) for the new bacon jam roasted cheddar bun burger, spicy crispy chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger deluxe, frostys, etc.Buns were so old that they crumbled and fell apart while holding them.Food was semi cold.The WORST FRIES ever...both orders tasted like they had been sitting there for hours and they we're all the short little end pieces. We had maybe 8 actual French fries from both orders.On a positive note, the staff was EXTREMELY POLITE, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, and HELPFUL. :) ??So upset we wasted our money! Will not be back unless this is made right.Side note: WE WERE NEVER given a receipt so we couldn't drive back to the place once we got home (1.1miles away) to complain about the order. The order was placed shortly after/before 5pm-530pm'ish.I hope Wendy's makes this right by offering a refund or discount or something!!!!Please "up" your standards Wendy's. This was the worst fast food experience the three of us have encountered EVER.

I love Wendy’s … but THIS LOCATION in Brimfield/Kent is, by far, the WORST location I have ever been to.I would give this location negative stars if I could.I don’t have issues at any other location, but THIS one. They fill cups completely with ice, cake burgers in Mayo (even when you ask for no Mayo), the store and parking lot are always a mess, and they have some of the rudest employees that I have ever encountered at a Wendy’s. This most recent time, one of the employees even went as far to flip me the bird from behind the drive through window (and I am not sure why she did - other than I asked for no ice since they filled the cup to the top with ice the previous visit - and I haven’t been to this location in several years). This type of rude behavior isn’t just with one of their employees either. None of the employees are friendly at all either - just a bunch of rude, disgruntled workers, from what I can see. It’s a shame, because I live VERY close to this location, but it’s ALWAYS the same issues at this particular location. I literally boycotted this location for 8 years, and they STILL have the same problems. It must be a problem with the owner and management since the same problems are STILL going on, 18 years later.AVOID THIS WENDY’S - AT AL COSTS. THEY ARE AWFUL!If you absolutely must have Wendys, go to the location in Rootstown, the location near Kent State, or go to Chapel Hill …or just go to Chic-Fil-A instead. Whatever you do, AVOID the Wendy’s in Brimfield.
I just had the worst fries and spicy nuggies in my life here. 2 stars for pleasant customer service at speaker.
