I went here to get dinner for my family. We ordered food for 9 people got home started to get the food together and give it out to the kids as we got it out. We were missing onion rings so we figured we’d go back to get them since we spent $95. we got there told them we were missing onion rings they said I was lying and wanted me to bring All the food back for a order of onion rings. Was exceptionally rude even though we weren’t when it took them about 30-45min to get our order ready. Absolutely would not recommend management is exceptionally rude and uncaring.
Gave us a completely different sandwich than what was on the menu, then told us that we couldnt order whats on the menu only whats on the "old menu?" Then after we told them to make us a different sandwich they tried to make us pay more for the difference after wasting 45 minutes. Then they told us they were out of ingrediants to make our replacement sandwich. Complete waste of time, dont come here.
Unfortunately chose this location for lunch today. Our food took >30 minutes to come out while several orders came out in the meantime. When we did get our food it looked like they forgot to take it off the grill while they were filling other orders. The chicken on the chicken sandwich looked like a well done burger, the other two sandwiches we got were burnt too. Also wonder about food safety-looks like they were storing food items on the floor. Very disappointed- would not eat here again
**Editing my review to add that as of today 6/8/2022 we have not received a refund. The owner messaged me until I changed my reviews that he had refunded the order.**** We had an issue using the online ordering feature on their website and miscommunication with employees at this location who originally told us you couldn’t order online and we thought we had been scammed out of money because they didn’t have our order but someone had charged us money. The owner made it right. This place has great food and I’ve eaten here several times. In the future I suggest if your online ordering isn’t working you take it down or make note of it on the website.
I got the woffel sandwich with tots and it was soooo goodMy husband got tomato soup and a sandwich with 6 cheeses.. unfortunately his soup was not very good and the cheese on his sandwich wasnt even melted.So two different experiences for us both.Little bit of a wait but not terrible
Ordered 2 sandwiches, an order of onion rings, tater tots, and ice cream. The ice cream was delicious. The rest was so qreasy it was inedible.
Just moved to the area, decided to give this place a try. Placed a to-go order at 5:00pm, paid with credit card. Drive 20 minutes in the snow to pick up. Get there, told they closed early, SORRY. But you charged my card. Guess I will not try this place again.
Very unique local spot. I like the James Harrison and nick saban. Huge menu. Highly recommend. Nice employees and genuine owners.
Great food. Reasonably priced. Would return next time I'm in the area!
Amazing. Huge portions. The fries are lightly battered and so good. The staff was patient, friendly, and helpful.
