Just went through the drive thru. the worker was super nice and gave my dog a pup cup which he LOVED. if my dogs happy, i’m happy ? the drinks they gave me and my sisters were also amazing

Coffee was really good. Breakfast sandwich was also good. Service was okay. They could make the process a little more clear but after the first time I know how things work now. I'd recommend and will return.

The red velvet scone had no flavor. It tasted like a super fry biscuit. The staff is hit or miss. When I arrived the staff was chatting, and no one took my order. The drink was so bad. It was so sweet and tasted like candy. Some days the staff are nice though. They are a below average local coffee shop. Usually their pastries are good. Their pastries are better than their drinks usually.

This is my favorite coffee place! The service is wonderful and friendly. I love the coffee, especially the Maple Macchiato! You have to try the snickerdoodle cookies -- so fresh and soft and good.

The atmosphere was nice. However, after about 30 minutes of waiting for a bagel, I went up to the counter and asked they just told me it wasn't ready. I waited about another 15 before I just left. They never took my name and people that came in after me got their food before me. My drink and pastry were fine, but not a pleasant experience overall for my first time there. The staff seemed to not care when I had brought my concern up as they didn't bother to check when I brought my concern up to the counter.

Coffee and atmosphere are pretty decent. The WiFi during this visit was not working properly. It would connect and then disconnect several times. Happened on two different laptops (with different operating systems) independently. No alternative networks were available. Had to drink my coffee and leave to find a better network option.

We had caramel cinnamon latte and butter pecan latte. Super delicious, glad we stopped by

This use to be my favorite place. But quality just isn't there the espresso taste sour or metallic. The drinks are not balanced well. Old favorites are no longer good as people are not measuring and seem to only make drinks how they like them. The breakfast begal sandwiches are very good though.

It has been a while since I was here but I remember the coffee was good, the baked goods were not fresh and the customer service was awful. No reason to frequent this place as so many other great options exist in Kent.

I have only been here once, so must qualify my review with that. For coffee shops and pastry shops one cannot give a solid review until you’ve been there a number of times. However, my oat latte tasted good and was piping hot, so just for that a good review is in order as so often I get fancy lattes and the temperature is disappointingly… warm, just warm. The other positive aspect was the two, presumably, college aged employees making the drinks. The one in the short sleeve chambray was talking about moving to “I dunno, the Pacific Northwest. Maybe Northern California” where “there’s stuff going on”. They pondered moving back to Ohio someday after adventuring through their twenties. If this isn’t the most Midwest coffee shop talk, I don’t know what is. Right on man. Move somewhere you long for, following the crowd isn’t bad. I didn’t follow the crowd and now I live in Bangor, ME. Oops. Or maybe move to Bangor and make the crowd? I dunno. Anyway,, this is the exact type of conversation I want to hear at a college adjacent coffee shop. So stars for that. Minus a star because not enough mask wearing happening.
