Ordered a Baha Blast Zero because I'm a type 1 diabetic. Felt weird and my bloodsugar was skyrocketing after, decided to check the drink.... Definitely not diet! This could have been very dangerous if a diabetic who didn't notice had it. If they had told me they were out of it or something I would have subbed it for something else? The image is the sugar reading for the drink... which is wayyyy above zero.
Can't even order a steak quesarito through the drive thru! Have to order on the mobile app. What happens if you don't have a smart phone? Just can't get the food I want? Absolutely ridiculous!
Got my daughter some lunch from there even though I don't eat taco bell after working for them for 20(not this one). Service was quick and her food was made correctly. The girls at the window were very nice

Took an extremely long time too place and get the order. However, they were busy and appeared to be short staffed. Were friendly and got the order correct.
Any time I have visited this taco bell it has been a wonderful experience. The food is always correct and always good. The staff is always beyond friendly (which, let's be honest, isn't the case most places anymore) and above and beyond what most fast food has going right now. Thank you to this taco bell, keep up the good work!
This has been a long time coming, but they're rarely staffed and the online/Google hours are always wrong. Online it'll say they're open until 0330, but they aren't even open at 8pm. It'll always be a gamble on whether they're open or not. A paper was posted on the drive-thru window stating "closed due to staffing" with nothing noted on the lit-up drive-thru ordering box, which means customers will sit until the lack of a response prompts them to drive off.Inaccurate online information (for months); frustrating your clientele as they aimlessly wait in a pointless line at the drive-thru; inability to staff or retain staff indicates improper management (further indicated by inaccurate online hours).When staffed, staff are courteous, push good food, and seem to be doing a fine job.
Might as well not even be open till 3am on weekends because that line does not, and I mean does NOT move after 1am. What are they even doing in there to have the line backed up to the street with the same cars in the same spots for 20+ minutes. Just save your time and go to sheetz
