Well the toaster was down which wasn't the lady's fault but when I asked for bell peppers she covered it in banana peppers. When I said I didn't want them she said "yes you did, you asked for bell peppers." To which I replied, "Yes Bell Peppers, not banana peppers." as politely as possible. Then she retorted which great sass, "You mean Green peppers?" Then was sassy and sarcastic the rest of my time there. Very rude and uncalled for. The education level at this store is below sub par. The food itself earned this single star.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The employees are great about hand washing and the food is fresh!! I drive a little further to go to this location. :)

I wasn't sure on what sauce to get on a philly cheesesteak so I asked the man working, he recommended mayo, Chipotle southwest, and a garlic sauce (I forgot what it was called) I had never tried the garlic so I got southwest, and he put the garlic in a little cup for me to try on the sandwich.
Messed up my daughter's orders by switching their breads. This was after multiple times of us telling them, but they just kept making the sandwiches on the wrong bread and ignoring us. They were very busy, so that's probably why.
Worker wasn't wearing a mask, worker was very rude, and they had the music up so loud you couldn't hear the workers and the workers couldn't hear you.
Walked up to the store at 845 pmA worker came out and said they would serve the 2 people in front of me in line but would not serve me. I never post reviews but I believe in customer service and customer experience. I guess I won't be going to subway anymore. Thanks
