I am very dissatisfied, today 05/24/2022 at 12:57 pm a young woman who was working there with bad attitude, I asked her for a napkin because she didn't give me one, subway always include napkins in the bags, she answered me with a bad attitude: "There's no napkins at this time for you to take". I do understand that they might ran out of supplies but the sour attitude with customers that are paying for a service in such a popular business food chain, People like that send the wrong message to customers & probably will think twice before to step back in that location.
Montana and some guy with earrings are among the two slowest workers I have ever seen. Why in the world would you do 4 mobile orders ahead of people waiting in line. 5 people not just me and my friend but 5 people were in line waiting to get food. Absolutely disgusting.
Hmm...says it's open until 9:00pm today (Monday), but it was closed at 6:00pm.

I just bought two subs at subway on S Water street. They forgot to put my sub in the bag. When I called back, the guy who answered said “he didn’t know because he was on break” I asked him if he could check with someone. He wasn’t cooperative, so I asked him again. His response was to hang up on me. Then when I called back he didn’t answer. Their mistake not mine.DONT GO TO THAT Subway. Apparently they don’t know anything about customer service. I will be calling the manager!
