The staff is awesome! Drinks are always on point.
I have never had anything but a good experience here. I cannot say that for some other nearby locations but this one has been solid for me.
This location has weird hours. They need to post the hours somewhere outside of the drive thru so people aren’t wondering.
The worst Starbucks location period. This is the only store I pass on my commute so unfortunately I stop here often. 9 times out of 10 my drink is prepared incorrectly. On the rare occasion I have extra time in the morning, I will go back and bring the mistake to their attention, I’m often met with push back or down right refusal to acknowledge that something is incorrect. I cannot recommend this location less.
***They just updated their hours: 5-1 wkdy, 5-3 wknd as of November '21. Bumps up my review a little but I feel like a Starbucks location should be open for a bit longer than that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We love Starbucks but it's always hit or miss whether they will get our drink order correct.
Quick service. The only Starbucks in Ohio without a long line at the Drive-Thru. Drink was properly made, sandwich was super hot and tasty.
Absolutely horrible place. It’s never open past 3:00 pm

This place was absolutely disgusting! In the desert box there was gnats, flies trapped with the food! Yuck! When I told the manager of this Starbucks, in Kent off of tallmadge rd, he said that he knew abs they don’t sell that food.. Umm.. Yet, you’ll still have that be the first view of the shop?! I will never come back here, very unsanitary!
