If you want good chicken fingers, this is the place to go! Had the 3 piece with fries and a drink. Quick service and hot food. Employees were friendly. Kent location is very nice.
Let's be honest. Not sure you are going to find a better chicken tender. They have a very limited menu (a positive) so if you don't want chicken tenders, then look elsewhere.Service is fast and friendly. Dining room is clean.
The chicken fingers are delicious but sometimes small (value) and too crispy (overcooked). The fries are basic crinkle fries. The Texas toast is bread-y but good. The unsweet tea is spectacular, very strong. The sauce is really good but I am convinced it's just barbecue and ranch mixed together w tons of pepper. And for God's sake, give each customer at least one sauce w their order SMFH!!!
This is by far the best chicken fingers that I have ever had. The addition of the Cane's sauce and the heavenly texas toast with a big cup of tart freshly squeezed lemonade to wash it all down is enough to send anyone's tastebuds into the stratosphere! Raising Canes is more than a fast food restaurant- it is a culinary experience. Worth the long lines every time.
Lines are usually long, but they go pretty fast. My complaint though is with the staff. They never get my drink right. It's pretty simple: half lemonade, half iced tea. But several times I got this green soda in my cup, and I was surprised. Staff needs to clean up their act. Other than that, food is good so no complaints on that.
Chicken tenders r always good n hot, I did get a bonus 3 PC. Today, grabbed my bag at the drive thru n drove off. Only to realize there seemed to be a lot food in my bag. Thanks n I felt bad for the guy who missed a dinner. ?
I have NEVER had an issue or any problems with canes until today. They must’ve been training a new employee and we allowed him time when ordering. He must’ve misheard my order because I asked for a lemonade but he typed sweet tea and when the order was repeated back to me he was SO quiet I couldn’t hear him. Then I go up and pay and drive up to get my food where they hand me a sweet tea and I was just like “oh i ordered a lemonade not a sweet tea” then the manager came over and said that they couldn’t give me my correct drink without paying for it. WHICH I ALREADY HAD DONE. Bo hate to the trainee but when I pay for something and you give me the wrong thing im going to ask for the appropriate item. I shouldnt of had to pay for something I did NOT order.
If you like chicken this place is a good value and good food. The worst part of this place is the wait to get through the drive thru. It is always busy and at times you might have to wait 20 mins or longer. The lobby is always closed due to covid and or short staff like every other place. The long wait time all the time is the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star.
I am a vegetarian. I usually just get 2-3 Texas toasts with Cane Sauce and Coleslaw. And through out my college life, I have been hookeddd to this. Best late night bite.
Just was not impressed. We ordered the 3 piece snack and the chicken was not juicy, the fries were under cooked and the wait time although fast for the time we went, just wasn't worth it.
