Went in thinking i would be happy with my choice in lunch today seeing how i drove over 30 miles to this place. The black girl who took my order act as if she didn't hear me on my request for how i would like my sandwich. Finally after a long time with the whats and sorrys and what did you says the order was place it proceeds to the cook Olord here we go a person who cant read. He ask the cashier no ham add chicken she looks like idk the paper right there make it how it says. So i guess he has an attitude now. why she make him mad whn its my food dang so my pizza sub has no ham nor chicken thanks alot paying for sumthing and not getting it blows wont be going back for such a small town the people aren't very kind must be the water
Used to be good. Ordered 2 basic Philly subs and there was so much grease. Dripping out of the wrapper. Bun soaked. Both of them. Second time in a year I've ran into this issue. By the way I was the only customer. So I don't understand the lack of visual quality. The store was clean though.....
Food was typical Penn Station quality. Employees were all super friendly.
The staff regularly take the phone off the hook so they do not have to take additional orders. If there are orders in front of you, they will ignore you until they finish making the sandwiches others have ordered.I do not think it is their fault - the owners have no connected the shop with web ordering, and only two employees seem to be present at any time. Either way, there is no way to order food other than physically going to the store and waiting about 20 minutes to place an order.
Chicken teriyaki, no cheese, add onions and extra teriyaki sauce. That’s my order. This location gets it wrong 50% of the time since the last manager left and tonight after waiting 30mins with no other customers to get another wrong order I’m done. Will never go here again and I suggest anyone looking for a good meal go elsewhere. Ridiculous…
Fast friendly service! The food was correct what more could you ask for!
Love this place! Cool employees, clean, good food. Fries are a bit pricey…
Never had a bad sub from this place, and my threshold for quality in this department is second to none. Everything is fresh, always. The cookies are great and the lemonade is even better. Staff are always awesome, even close to close. Will never go to any other sub shop so long as this one is open.
Yummy Sammy's made to order
There's a secret menu item here called "El Belcho." It's a Philly sub with a pizza sub inside of it, served in a lemonade cup.
