After hearing how tasty the new chicken sandwiches were I picked up two to go. What a disappointment. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was missing pickles and garlic aioli. The Signature Chicken Sandwich was missing the garlic aioli and the emerald greens were the size of two quarters at best. Both sandwiches were dry and the bottom buns were extremely thin. Definitely not worth $23.30 for two chicken sandwiches to go. (I was charged tax even though my order was to go. The cashier didn’t ask. She must’ve just assumed I was going to eat two sandwiches. ) The employees working in the back section making the food were friendly and seemed to work well together. There did seem to be a disconnect on who had what assignment. More emphasis needs to be placed on quality control at this location.

Great food when you eat there, a little lacking when you pick it up. If they got their orders correct more often I would give it 5 stars. Still a great pick with plenty of healthy choices.

Very old rude lady brings out curbside orders. Hands the food to you and then walks away saying a rude comment and then nodding her head and throwing her hands up in the air. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here anytime soon. Short lady with grey hair and glasses has happened past 4 times I came same girl always super rude!

Good food, but the wait took awhile and they placed my order in the wrong place, which added to the wait. My latte was great and the flat bread pizza was phenomenal!

I was in the drive through for over an hour waiting for my food. There were only 5 cars in front of me. The soup was cold when it was given to me so they must have had my order sitting out for awhile. I could understand if they were understaffed, but there were at least 6 workers in the kitchen that I could count. Probably would’ve gotten my food sooner and better service if I had went to a sit down restaurant instead of this “fast food” establishment.

ALwaya come to this plae when hungry.

This location usually gets your order right. The sandwiches, when you get it to go, are usually falling apart when you open it.If your looking for fast service, then skip this location. This is one of the SLOWEST Panera locations in North East Ohio.Orders are never prepared on a first come - first serve basis and the drive through always takes top priority. I would recommend driving a few miles further north to another Panera than stop at this location.

Ok expected better quality food

Friendly service, good food

Extremely disappointed that I received the wrong order. But the issue is the Store Manager was not able to assist me with a refund. I understand each store has policies, but during these times it is not unreasonable to help someone over the phone. I should not have to drive back to get my money back for food I never received.
