Why is this place always closed? No matter when you go, even within the hours the website and the door say they’re open, they’re closed and rude. I understand everyone is struggling to find staff, but at least put up a sign. Don’t just shout “we’re closed” over the speaker when 6 separate cars pull up the window. This has happened multiple times. Over it. Never coming back.
I’ve been a student at Kent state for close to 4 years now, I’ve never been to such a bad McDonald’s. I have to wake up early for work and they aren’t open, and almost always they are closed before 9 pm even though they say they are 24 hours. The people working are most the time rude and take forever. Whoever the regional manager is must be losing a lot of money based off of hours alone. You don’t believe me go anytime this week past 9 pm and they will say closed sorry for the inconvenience. This is a fast food chain and shouldn’t be this bad. You go over the bidge to Talmadge and it’s a completely different restaurant. Failure by staff and by managing.
Worst McDonald's I've been to.The staff here literally do not care at all and although the food is fine it's almost like the employees are intentionally making it look like they're closed as on 2 occasions menu screen was turned off along with the staff generally just sounding like they do not care at all.I know it's fast food and they're likely unhappy to work there but the way they speak makes it seems like you're a legitimate bother to them when you order food.
This is the WORST location ever. Just called in because they were closed 2 hours before their hours show. Let my call go to voicemail and then answered when I started leaving a message only to say “we are closed due to short staff”…. Yet THEY’VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER A YEAR. They are so unreliable and their food quality stinks. I wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s if it was the last place to eat on earth. If you can take my call, you can make a burger. Pitiful. 0/5 stars. Ronald would be ashamed.
Never eat any McDonald's it's nothing against the staff.....although it would be okay with a good staff. The food is totally over priced for fast food and doesn't taste good at all. It physically makes me sick to eat it.
We’ve gone here probably 5 times. Each time we’ve ordered 2 large fries with our order. They forget 1 of the large fries EVERY TIME no exaggeration. How hard is it to remember some fries dawg ?
This mcdonalds is garbage, mess up on almost every order, even the simple ones. Can't even order a sweet tea. We drive 15 minutes south every time we want a sweet tea, just because we have wasted more time and $$ on their tea that doesn't taste good. It's cheaper to spend $5 on gas and go to the next town, this location also has their Google set to permanently closed. In short, don't go here.
Would be pretty cool if they weren't the rudest people through the ordering board. Not a 1st time occurrence. If you don't like your job don't take it out on customers.
It's a total mystery what their hours actually are. There will be people standing around at 9pm inside with the doors locked and the drive-thru shutdown.
The hours posted online are very incorrect. I want to thank the manager once again for correcting our iced coffees. We stop there quite a bit for them. And has kept it consistant on the fix afterwards. So I suppose I should also thank the staff for keeping up with the fix. THANKS GUYS! I know you guys have been working so hard lately with the short staffing. . .kudos s.water street md's!!
