Super rude staff. Went to the bar to have a drink, sat at table right by the bar and were told we couldn’t sit there. Not sure why as they’re were so many open tables on the patio. They also didn’t they offer to sit us at a table on the patio. Not the first time I’ve gone in and had terrible customer service. They must hire only the worst, snarkiest employee.
Went to Panini's to specifically watch the hockey game. They seated me at a high top with a nice size TV to view. One hour later the manager told me they needed my table for a large group. I was moved to another table with a much smaller TV to view. They comped me 1 beer for this inconvenience. Will not go back!!
Great food and service, Courtney was awesome at getting us in and out since we had a tight schedule. We'll be back to enjoy the atmosphere another time!
Our high top pub chairs were wobbly at the 2 seater table for my son and I. The table is really too small for 2 people and we were situated about a foot and half away from a table of 4 , with the father watching a loud sports event on his cell phone too close for comfort. 3 stars for atmosphere, or lack thereof. However, my tacos were very tasty and the waitress was attentive
We split one of the overstuffed corn beef sandwiches. Glad we did it was huuge! I little sloppy to eat but that how it goes. Service was good but order came a little slow considering it was not so busy that day.
So the Bartender was more concerned about texting, talking to her friends and taking pictures then actually taking an order. Yeah this place is by far the worst franchise ever... cooperate might want to consider pulling their name off the building!!!
The place was good. The staff was very friendly Nova served food for us. Food was very good.
Nice place, good food, and decent selection at the bar. Gets busy at nights but thats to be expected in Kent. Pizza was really good. Pretty normal prices.
I spent approximately $60 on alcohol. 3 margaritas and 4 of their featured shots. I barely felt tipsy. I could not taste any alcohol in the margaritas and could barely taste it in the shots. Their drinks HAVE to be watered down. Highly don’t recommend.
The bartender Maddie only acknowledges only people she wants to not the people around the bar. I sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes and still was not acknowledged and she was just on her phone snap chatting away and not doing her job. Really sick of these people not doing their jobs. She is worth none of my money that’s for sure.
