Don't order on Door Dash. Usually it's a forever wait but once again they only brought a partial order. This has happened 3 times now. Can't get anyone on the phone. Screw this place. Never again.
Food was good staff not very welcoming and don’t smile that’s not how you treat customers the staff need to smile more and be more welcoming if that’s how customers will be treated I won’t come back!
What ever you do don’t order online. The jimmy johns website is awful if you need to customize your order asked for no mayo and cheese due to food allergies. Got my sandwich and had both on it so I can not eat. When I called to have the order fixed they refused because the receipt said I didn’t check it off. Why would I order something I couldn’t eat ?
Their system messed up an order and the very rude manager and team would not fix the issues or give a refund. Very bad customer service
Could have gotten a better quality sandwich at the Walmart deli. Two pieces of cold lunch meat slapped between cheap white bread is hardly worth $6.49.
I was a little peckish, so I stopped in here before a concert at the venue next-door. I’ve always been partial to Jimmy John’s over the other sandwich places, as we have a Jimmy John’s franchisee in the family. I know how they should be run, and I know what it should look like when I walk in there. This unit was extremely clean, the food was very tasty and the young men working there were extremely friendly and professional. I just had a simple spicy Italian, but it was very good. I made a couple of special orders, and it came out perfectly. This unit has tables and booths, is very spacious, and even has restrooms(which quite a few don’t). Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. This franchisee is definitely doing a good job and knows what they are doing. Great job! Kudos to everyone involved! I absolutely recommend this if you’re in a mood for a good sandwich served by a friendly crew.
I don't generally have an issue but for whatever reason when I order online instead of in store, something usually goes wrong. The last 3 times ordering online they've forgotten every side I've ordered. I don't bother calling anymore because it seems like such a hassle to bother for a bag of chips or a cookie. I just wish they'd read the order fully, or if they do, double check before leaving.
We quit ordering here a year ago because of the ridiculously long wait times for delivery (1hr or more). Decided to give them another go, and had the same disappointment. Ordered before 11am, and as of 12:45pm still have not received our food.
That Lizzie and Becca are the absolute best team. Phenomenal service
Liszt was very friendly informative and kind… but the icing on the cake was there manager Becky. She made sure I didn’t for get anything at all and gave me a Receipt thanked me for coming by and hoped to to see me again. Thank you that made my day
