Had their baked chicken and jojo's special and will definitely be back!
My husband and I picked up chicken and jojo's tonight. Very disappointed. The chicken was so dry and the potatoes looked like they've been around for awhile and nothing was very hot. We have ordered food from them over the years and been great. The last two times the chicken was terrible. The second time was, let's try it one more time....bad mistake.
Guido's Pizza of Kent used to be a long standing pizza shop with arguably some of the best pizza in this area, however, after almost 20 years of service they've failed horribly with a long term customer.Keep in mind these pizza's were handed off in a bag, fully hiding the fact that the boxes were squashed beyond all reason or this wouldn't have been accepted.This is the sloppiest pizza I have ever received from Guido's or any other pizza place in my entire 30+ years. If that isn't bad enough, instead of offering to remake the pizza's or give a refund for their horrible employee's service. They instead gave one newly made pizza in exchange as all that they could offer. Absolutely unacceptable under any circumstances. These pizza boxes are almost flattened, the pizza's are so squished that what should be a regular slice is now a block of squashed pizza mixture, along with an undercooked dough. Horrible.
I was underwhelmed. Pizza was fine, but the place is dirty and greasy. With as many local pizzarias there are around, I doubt I'll return.
Good pizza but not as saucy as I remember in the past.
i absolutely loved it, it was my first time eating there ever best angel hair sauce and cheese i ever had the philly was absolutely amazing my hubby absolutely adored the chicken parmigiana definitely would recommend this to family friends etc only one picture because all of it was soo filling this noodles and cheese best ever
Diamond in the rough! We have been getting pizza from this little pizza shop for over 30 years. It is one of a kind pizza. Pick up only. We take it to nearby place to enjoy. Close to the Kent campus, so that's usually where we eat it. The crust is wonderful. Airy but not too fluffy. Sauce is not sweet, and has an authentic taste. Pepperoni or cheese is not smoked which is what we like. Fresh ingredients are used. The pizza is always consistent. Side salad is good portion. I've heard that their chicken is great too!

Their Sausage pizza and Oven Roasted Chicken used to be the best, couldn't get enough of it. We'd order it a couple times per week for many many years. But somewhere over the last decade or so their sausage changed and their chicken just isn't as tasty. Even had an event where the guy delivered us the wrong order three times in one evening. Have to count your chicken pieces too. We were shorted two pieces last time. Been customers for over 30 years.. Maybe eat there once Avery few weeks now...
Order here all the time. But won't any longer. Never had anyone take my salad in back. Man touched cards, pens, machine then stuck his bare hand in lettuce bucket with no gloves. Then went in back with my open container of lettuce for 2-3 min. Could've had man with gloves on put lettuce In container.
