Sad. This place used to be good. Recently however, it took a turn for the worse: the last two times I have been there I ordered with mobile order and the food came out half frozen. I had to go back and they refused to remake the order right. Really? So I went to a different dunkin and they offered to make it right. I won't be returning to this dunkin for a while.
Last time I was their I waited 20 minutes inside (with others waiting just as long) for my takeout order when it seemed there were at least 6 workers just standing there. Also there’s a worker there that I have seen multiple times “toss” peoples food on the counter inside. Truly tosses it and I’m so shocked there aren’t more reviews about this. I get that sometimes their busy and I truly try to give the botd to them… but tossing a food bag is straight up rude. Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and hash browns just to have bags thrown is my last straw.
Infrequent visitor but they generally get orders right and seem friendly. Of course the food and coffee are great.
Bad at getting orders completed correctly and every time I'm there the employees are truly rude every single time I go. Embarrassing.
Although I had to waiting a while for a large coffee with cream on the side the girl who waiting on me was cool. My receipt says her name was Jenna. Thanks Jenna!
This location consistently forgets ingredients in my drink (sugar, cold foam) or just forgets items on my order. Today I was missing cold foam, and had to remind them of the hashbrowns and donut also on my order. Both people working the drive thru (one male one female) had attitudes with me for asking for my stuff. It's really ridiculous.
Well you know dunkin. Coffee and donuts were good. Lots of places to sit.
Today my sister Anastasia orderd me dunkin and I got a medium ice matcha latte with a vanilla shot sugar almond milk and less ice now they gave me the normal amount of ice and the worker making it didn't blend my drink long enough there is matcha chunks at the gotten of my drink and I keep swallowing them it is the most nasty thing I've experienced the flavor of the drink was ok tho
Just stopped in to get a bite, and I couldn't believe the way the food was handed to customers, I had watch the staff just toss food on the counter. I can understand someone having a bad day, but to throw someone's food at them, very disrespectful.
Kent location is on point. Fast, friendly service and of course the coffee beats $bux by a mile. Good breakfast sandwiches, too.
