Another Update: Gave them one more chance, never again! What in the heck posses this company to cut a drink carrier in half and serve your drinks in it.....I'm speechless. My boyfriend almost dropped our drinks. It would have been better if they didn't give him a carrier at all!Update: After today I will no longer go to this location. My last two visits my orders were wrong due to the employees not being able to read I guess. Ordered chicken strips with sauce on them and they have given me plain strips each time. My receipts had the correct order but I guess the employees beyond the register are incapable of reading.A decent Dairy Queen, the only one near by since the location in Mogadore closed down last year. I've had mixed experiences here, mostly good with some bad (ex: cold food, missing items, long waiting) No matter where you go you'll have the occasional bad experience though. It is in a good shopping area as well.
Staff not trained. I order 2 hot dogs with mustard. She only put in one. I corrected her. When I got my order I got 2 hot dogs with catchup
Went there late in the evening...ordered mocha fudge orea Blizzard Treat and it was barely blended. Bottom half of my blizzard was mocha/Oreo color and the top half was vanilla. Very dissapoi Ted in the taste too. Lacked mocha, fudge and Oreo taste. The blizzard was bland. Love DQ but will never order this Blizzard Treat again

Quality & quantity has dropped quite a bit this past year. Tenders are a 1/3 of the size they used to be, and for some reason (this location lately) never fully fries them. They are never crispy.
The food here is always good and one of the few DQs left you can get cherry items.
I ordered bbq tenders, they were so dry. So I asked for bbq sauce and was given attitude. I had also got a blizzard and the girl flipped it upside down for too long and the whipped cream fell off, they than sprayed more on it and made a mess and the blizzard didn’t look nice. When I left I asked for a cup of whip cream and told them I would pay for it if need be, she than gave me this cup (in picture) and there was nothing to be found in it. Literally the worst service I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. Not going back.
Very good service and very polite young lady who served me. I have been to this location many times and I am always impressed
Very clean store, staff was much more polite than I expect out of fast food places. We will make it a point to stop in here when in the area. Service was way beyond a fast food joint.Thanks..
