I had a door dash order and only two of the 4 items were delivered. I called the store to ask if they were even made just to see if the driver forgot a bag or if the driver kept it or whatever the situation was. They wouldn’t give me an answer and made it seem as though they just did not want to make the food as it was closer to closing time but the order was already on the way to be delivered by 9:50. I’m just very disappointed.
I would give zero because that's what this place deserves I ordered two six piece chicken tender boxes large with large drinks and my chicken tenders were burnt their fries were soggy and there was no toast I called the manager Mason the top manager as he called himself and explain to him what happened he said if I didn't have a receipt there's nothing they can do I told Mason that the girl did not give me my receipt because I paid cash he argued with me on the phone very unprofessional guy told me that customers are not always right and if I was too worried about a receipt I should have asked for one so I'm out almost $25 because he wouldn't want to help me or replace my food because I didn't have a receipt told him to write my name my phone number down and give it to the owner of the place he said he won't be doing that what great customer service this place should be shut down for good and by some of the reviews obviously they're not listening to the customers or fans and always want to give them a second chance not going to happen "SHUT THEM DOWN"!!!!!!
I witnessed one of your miserable employees cuss and scream at someone in the drive thru that was blocking one of the many exits. Not a great look.
This is the best dq I asked for fresh food I got it. They were polite and fast. In Akron food be fresh and you ask for fresh food and they will still give you old food. This one is the best one I've been too and I will be back. Thank you
Ran by teenagers that actually care. Always friendly polite and courteous when we are there.
A friend and I stopped for milkshakes..his was perfect..mine..not so great. Taste was fine but when handed to me it was like it had been sitting for 10-15min..wasnt thick..very soupy-like. Didn't realize it til on the road

Got my order wrong and stiffed me on my refund. It’s a common occurrence, and I will never eat here again.
The ice cream here is great, usually no complaints besides last time I door dashed a reeses blizzard and even asked for extra stuff there was barely any in the entire blizzard. The food is meh here, most of the time the burgers have a weird charred taste to them and the fries are always over cooked and taste more like fryer oil than potatoes. As well as most of the time they get our order wrong. The manager (I think) is really nice though and always makes sure we get our order corrected etc. The main reason I come back is because it's the closest DQ to me.
