I normally go to the Chipotle on George Washington Blvd. But my fiance and I were hungry after doing shopping, so we stopped in. Never again. The portions here are so small compared to the other one. My fiance received not even a full scoop of steak and was charged for double protein when he asked for a little bit more (it was literally like 5 small pieces of steak plus another half of scoop for "double"). Plus, the workers were nowhere to be found except for one, and the worker yelled, 5 workers came out all putting their phones away, laughing. They didn't wash their hands or anything. And they were rude like we inconvenienced them. I won't be stopping in again.Update: the steak was dry and cold, rice wasn't even all the way cooked and the lime from it OVERPOWERED the whole burrito bowl, and the beans were very cold.
My son decided to surprise me tonight with dinner from one of my favorite places to eat..... To my surprise I was highly disappointed with food quality and the portion of it...... I normally have leftovers so I can enjoy it the next day but not tonight!!! I guess it was a good thing there wasn't any leftovers anyway because the pork was hard n dry!! I was really disappointed with dinner tonight!:(
This is my favorite Chipotle. The chicken is always cooked perfect and not overly hot. They're always friendly. The rice today was on point! I usually go to this one even though I'm close to another.
My order wasn't correct and I tried to call for two days and couldn't get through. Finally got through on day three and was treated like I needed an interrogation over it. Management was rude and condescending and I personally will never visit the Brimfield Ohio Chipotle again and will preceed to file a corporate complaint.
This is what all four bowls looked like. For the money I paid, I expect better.
Only gave us food poisoning once. It was a straight two solid weeks of liquid spraying out of both ends accompanied by horrific guttural cramping. Nobody died.

The food is standard for chipotle in the area. However, for the love of the night shift, they cannot get an online order correct even if their life depended on it. I’ve had food from this location 3 times…3 times order was wrong. I order a burrito, got a bowl. I order a bowl and it's missing 3 ingredients, and the last time, the order wasn’t made altogether. I give 3 stars to be generous.
Sometimes have mess ups. Sometimes the employees are stingy. But I give 4 stars because it's the best chipotle I've been to.
